Bringing Back Father

Okay, so here's the deal. I got a plot in my head and I need some help getting it off the ground. It concerns a Miss Elizabeth F. In an effort to learn more about her father, she's gathered together his Heartless and intends to find a way to consolidate them into one (upgrading the monster called "Father?" in game terms.). To that end, she has taken to studying the Heartless and trying to find ways to master them.

The only problem is, I have absolutely no idea how to go about merging a Heartless group together into something that will, eventually, resemble a human. I need help, both IC and OOC, in that respect. Perhaps if someone here has a character that works with Heartless, or at least knows enough about them, could they possibly give me a hand?

Well I have an idea, and a character that can help once I get off my butt and get him done (referring to Xehanort's Heartless). Xehanort's Heartless is believed to have a humanoid form until he possesses Riku, at which time he gains his human form back. Maybe do something along those lines?

That might work. The only real difference in the theory is that Elizabeth's father isn't in a humanoid form right now. He's just a handful of floating black spheres. I imagine at some point we might be able to bring him back together like that.

The first idea I had was based sorta off of the upgrades of the monsters. D ranks have 8, and C ranks have, like 6, so upgrading really means that some of the monsters would fuse together. Eventually, he reaches S rank where he (theoretically) becomes a whole being, which would sorta be like him becoming human again. So maybe that little trick comes later, when the late Doctor Thaddeus F is A Rank.
