The Radiant Garden Restoration Committee

I wish to attempt to correct my mistakes in the past and build a functioning, thriving RGRC Faction here on Final Mix. I wish to lead it. I wish to design it. I wish to see the world of Hollow Bastion undergo something resembling a canonical time-line of development right here on our own forum, a testament to the building of experience in characters and players. But, most importantly, I wish for it to create fun for people.

Faction Goals

1. Occupy and protect the world of Hollow Bastion from all threats, both within and without. Top priority.

2. Aid in the repair and development of the world to restore it to a place worthy of its original name: The Radiant Garden.

3. To make allies with places that know of other worlds and create strong friendships that will allow for aid in the reconstruction process and possible new inhabitants to be drawn to our land.

4. To vigilantly watch the developments of the worlds and defend against what may threaten them all, including Hollow Bastion, while offering what warning and protection we can to others.

If the chance to make this come true presents itself to me then I will happily focus my energies in establishing and maintaining the faction. However... I must admit I am hesitant to proceed without the full core staff of the RGRC present, which is the downside for me when it comes to canon factions.

Leon and Cid are taken and active. Yuffie is currently taken but I do not know if their owner still wishes to keep them in an active manner. Aerith and Merlin are both entirely free. Additional possible canon members, including but not limited to Sora, Donald, Goofy and Tron would of course also be welcome, as would be original characters under their own circumstances and wishes. It would not be a canon-only faction.

Now, I can't say I would only want to try if we got all 5 canon founding members to sign up for participation. It would certainly convince me right on the spot, but the more pressing issue is simply interest. The forum is not that vast in its active member base and there may not yet be room for our little reconstruction group to thrive here in any official form. To that end I now pose my question to the masses:

I'll assist in searching for potential members to play the canons. [We've always had so much trouble with Merlin...] and advertise this little very important campaign. We'll restore Radiant Garden to its former glory! No, even better!!

As an absolute last resort, I'd go for Merlin. But I really don't want to.

I am still in the process of milking all of my external leads towards recruiting potential canon members of this Faction. It would be quite lovely if nobody had to feel like they wanted to help by taking another and wound up having two characters in the one Faction, so I'm doing my best!

The last two don't really sound very "Radiant Garden Committee" like. I think that can be left up to the Keyblade Hero, it is their "job" right? lol

But restoring Hollow Bastion to it's former glory does sound noble and I'd like to get in on that. I'm in the process of creating a character and this could be a good project for my person to be a part of.
