General Character Information
--------------------------------------
Character Name: Akon, Blackjack & Arthur
Character Age: Unknown
Character Gender: Male
Character Race: Probably a Nobody, Supposedly a Heartless, Homunculus. Three separate people yet one entity.
Character Position: Akon & Arthur: Neutral. Blackjack: Insane
Character Personality:
Akon:
What people normally see when they look at Akon can be described in one word: “Emotionless”. That is completely true. Akon does not and will never care about anything in the universe except his brothers. Even then, that is only because the link between them allows this. Were someone to see him playing with his brothers they would see a social, outgoing man who loved his brothers more than anything, which is easy to say and easier to prove. He tends to give in to random moments among his brothers, but is usually the mature, while ineffective, voice of reason when it comes to any of Blackjack’s schemes and shenanigans or Arthur’s frequent acts that get them all into trouble.
Akon enjoys cooking, often using alchemy to cook or bake if there are no ovens or material around. Surprisingly, Akon also enjoys reading romance novels. The saucy kind. Purely for the entertaining stupidity of it, he claims, since he is often credited to be the most intelligent of them all, but the trio’s pocket-munny sometimes mysteriously disappears altogether. Arthur and Blackjack usually act clueless but they all know where the munny goes. It goes straight to the bookstore as fuel for Akon’s romantic bibliophilia.
Arthur:
Arthur is the loudmouth in the family and usually the one that gets them in trouble. His incredibly irritating bluntness can stun others at first, but then the homunculus usually offends them, a favorite habit of his. Arthur loves to play with words, often using them to confuse or offend the person providing the other half of the conversation. His smooth mouth and glib tongue usually come in handy since Arthur is capable of fast talking himself out of almost any trouble, vastly reducing prices and even taking complete control of a conversation.
Arthur’s hobby is, as you may have guessed, conversation. He is often credited as the puppeteer of the group and has saved them many a scuffle due to fast-talk. He also likes to partace in Blackjack’s many pranks, often getting the three into trouble as well as out. Arthur also serves as the gang’s treasurer, taking care of their munny and trying to guard it from Akon’s bibliophilic hands or Blackjack’s homicidal, trigger-happy fingers.
Blackjack:
Blackjack, the heartless of the group, is a homicidal maniac. At most times he can be seen with a deranged grin on his face or a strangely focused expresssion, as if he’s trying to burn a hole through the wall. He is never caught without a weapon and always knows at least thirty ways to kill someone in any situation. Blackjack specializes in alchemy that can kill people en masse and uses it to devastating effect, especially in large-scale combat. The Heartless Alchemist cares deeply for his brothers, however, and protects them from many threats, even if they don’t know it. Blackjack has a nose for politics and can read persons like Akon reads books, providing an invaluable asset to the team.
Akon and Arthur often have a hard time believing that Blackjack could have been a respected officer once. However, when Blackjack puts on a uniform, he becomes a whole different person. Deep beneath the fog of homicidal mania lies a man that is completely in control of himself at all times, a brilliant tactician and a man that makes Arthur seem like a child playing with his first marionette. This man is brought out in full by a uniform and has saved the gang from dozens of dangers that lie behind the curtains. Assassins have been suddenly revoced, sudden mustering of an army has been canceled, numerous orders for arrest, execution, restraining orders and dangerous documents have been revoced or destroyed and any barrier with political ties has been removed and any time the trio has needed access to a place, the doors are always open the next day.
Blackjack’s hobby is murder and bloodshed. He is at home in battle and has often earned the respect of both his allies and enemies for his fighting prowess. Sometimes, when he feels like it, he puts on a uniform and starts messing with politics. His actions as a politician have often left entire continents in turmoil or suddenly ended a war between enemies that have been going at it for hundreds of years. Nobody has ever been able to make sense of this, but what Blackjack is doing is simple. He is preparing the worlds for war against the heartless by strengthening the strong and weak alike while creating decoys and traps for them by weaking a world already surrounded by strong ones.

Battle Information
--------------------------------------
Weapon Name: Philosopher’s Stone
Weapon Appearance: An unseen stone surrounded by brilliant light. The light itself is so hot that it can burn and melt most substances. That, coupled with the fact that Arthur can control it using only his mind, makes it both a powerful weapon and a useful tool for making permanent transmutation circles. When not in use, Arthur keeps the stone buried deep within his soul.
Weapon Name: Blade of Alchemy
Weapon Appearance: A slim, golden rapier made of seemingly unbreakable material, Blackjack is quite deadly when wielding this blade. If Blackjack focuses his alchemic energy into the blade, a pure point of light will appear at the end of the blade. This point is heated to an unbelievable degree, thus allowing it to slice through any physical barrier.
Weapon Name: Requiescat in pace. Shortened to Requiescat
Weapon Appearance: A long, white bead necklace that Akon wraps around his hand, wrist and fore-arm. The beads and string are made of unbreakable material and the beads themselves are hollow. That hollow is filled with Red Stones which are alchemic amplifiers. With a sizeable stone an ordinary alchemist could reach god-like levels of power. These stones, however, are only the size of grains and there are only one in each bead. Even so, when the Requiescat is wrapped around Akon’s wrist, his alchemic power is amplified considerably. The primary function of the necklace, besides amplification, is shooting hardened globs of alchemic energy in the form of bullets.
Abilities:
Alchemy
Alchemy, put simply, refers to a three-step process. The steps are analysis (to understand the structure and properties of the substance that is about to be transmuted), destruction/decomposition (to break the substance down to its rudimentary properties), and reconstruction/recomposition (to rebuild the substance into another form or with different properties). The first step is crucial because if the substance that an alchemist intends to transmute is unknown, an alchemic reaction will not occur.
Performing alchemy requires the usage of an appropriate transmutation circle. Akon and Blackjack are capable of performing alchemy without using a transmutation circle of any sort as a result of seeing the Gate of Alchemy. Rather than being a method of manipulating forms via their accidents (the basis of historical alchemy, derived from Greek philosophy), it is essentially modern chemistry without a reaction medium.
The energy for alchemical reactions comes from the other side of the Gate, supposedly from the deaths that occur in this other side. Legend tells that the equation for harnessing the energy was was taught to the people of Amestris by a man from the east referred to as the "Eastern Philosopher". However, while this is accepted as truth by some alchemists, some Xingese alchemists disagree because they find the alchemic energy in Amestris, especially near Central City, to be highly unusual and unsettling-as if there were people trapped in it.
The first law of Alchemy is known as The Law of Equivalent Exchange. This law is undeniable in the great art and reigns supreme above every other law of alchemy. In order to gain something, an object of equal value must be presented in exchange. Akon and Blackjack, even having seen the Gate, cannot bypass the law of equivalency. Arthur, however, has the philosopher’s stone and is capable of bypassing the law altogether.
Energy of Destruction
Tapping into the Gate of Alchemy, Akon draws on its power along with the power of the world around him to create energy. This energy can take any form such as mist, liquid or become solid. The effects of this are various but always destructive towards the surrounding area. He could create an acid mist, hyperflammable gas, explosives in any form. The effects and forms are almost limitless, but can only cause destruction towards the surrounding area. Things such as poison mist or fear-inducing gas are beyond him. Drawing in the energy drains the surrounding life and it also takes time to open the Gate a second time and thus Akon must move to a new place before doing it again.
[[Cooldown: Three posts]]
Energy of Change
Tapping into the Gate of Alchemy, Blackjack draws on its power along with the energy around him to modify his own body to better suit combat. He could make his skin incredibly hard and almost impervious to damage. He could even wrap the energy around him and thus allowing him to disintegrate matter with a single touch. Again the possibilities are vast. He could make blades appear from beneath his skin or enhance his senses. Blackjack can only modify his own body.

Character History
--------------------------------------
Akon:
Akon doesn’t remember anything before the time when he was created. His last memory is when he woke up in a very strange place. After asking around, he discovered the name of the town. Twilight Town. Derived of any memories, his mind a blank slate, the strange man wandered the town for a while before finding his way out and into a forest beyond. It was there where he witnessed a force of nobodies attacking a family that had been having a picking. What struck him at that time was the fact that he did not care. He just stood there is plain sight as he watched the strange figures in white attack and kill the family as they begged him for help. When the figures in white had finished with the others, they gathered around him and just stood there while performing those gravity-defying acrobatics they were so well known for. When he tried to walk away, they shied away from him as if in fear before closing in again, keeping him trapped against a tree. Reaching into his pocket, the nameless amnesiac pulled out a small stick of chalk and scribbled a strange drawing on the tree he was so conviniently forced up against. It was a circle. Inside it was a triangle that extended to the edges of the aforementioned circle. Inside the triangle was another circle. When the drawing was finished, the artist placed his palm over it. A few arcs of strange lighting surged away from him and the tree exploded, shooting sharp shrapnel in all directions that pierced the white figures. Of course, the explosion sent the man flying with several wounds in his back and slammed him into another tree, knocking him unconcious.
When he woke up, he found out that he was lying in a soft bed. Someone had bandaged his wounds and moved him to a rather run-down house for recovery. He did not have time investigate further because he heard footsteps. Quickly closing his eyes, he heard someone open the door and enter the room. “So. You’re finally awake. Don’t try that old trick with me. Your breathing isn’t relaxed enough for you to be sleeping.” Surprised by the voice, the nameless man opened his eyes to find another man looming over him. Normally the sight of a strange man with a strange fire burning in his eyes looming over you should frighten you, but again, the nameless one felt nothing. No, wait. What was it that he felt? Companionship? It couldn’t be. It was the first feeling he had felt in months and it was companionship to a complete stranger. Greeeaaaat.
Then the stranger did something. He introduced himself. “My name is Blackjack. Do you remember your’s?” The nameless man shook his head and stood up. “There are some clothes in the closet. Your other clothes were shredded after that transmutation.” The nameless one walked, now rather quickly, to the closet where he picked out a tuxedo and put it on. While he was dressing, Blackjack started telling a rather interesting story. “What you did in the forest is called Alchemy. The art of identification, deconstruction and reconstruction. Although, in your case, you stopped at deconstruction. You know how to do this because we were an alchemist in our past lives.”
At that, Blackjack suddenly grabbed a lamp and threw it at the nameless man who, by now dressed in a fancy tux, easily dogded it. Taking five knives out of his weird coat, Blackjack threw them at the nameless man one by one as he dodged the first four and caught the first one in mid air only to attack Blackjack with a swift slash. Blackjack grabbed the nameless man’s wrist and forced the knife out of his hand. “Aren’t you wondering where you got those skills? They are remnants from our past life. Just like Alchemy.”
The nameless man sat down in front of Blackjack and learned about nobodies, heartless, alchemy and other things. He also learned that they were brothers, of a sort. They used to be the same person before being seperated. Blackjack’s tale ended with a surprising explanation and an offer. “I’m the one that kept all the memories, but I threw away my old name in favor of a new one. I chose the name Blackjack. I am offering you a chance to learn everything there is to know about alchemy and I am offering to train you in the fighting skills you have kept from out past life. I am offering you a chance to accept that tattoo on your eye.”
After mentioning the tattoo, the nameless man stood up and sped to the mirror on the wall. A black tattoo of a star had indeed appeared over his left eye. “When did this happen? I never had that before!” Blackjack replied in the same calm manner as he had before. “I don’t know. Maybe It’s an alchemic reaction. Maybe it’s a reaction to those nobodies you confronted. I just don’t know.” The nameless man took a deep breath and then stated: “Akon... My name is Akon. And I’m accepting your offer.”
After that, Akon and Blackjack boarded their Gummi ship. Technically it was Blackjack’s but Akon reasoned the they were both one and the same and thus he should be allowed to drive. The next years consisted of training and exploring the worlds. And drinking. Lots of drinking. Blackjack and Akon never counted the days or years that passed. They were both technically immortal. After a long time, though, they were attacked. Their reputation had spread so far that there were very few places where they were not known. They were known, however, as men who killed anyone they felt like and drank men out of house and home. An organization known as the Circuital Unifying Team, or CUT, had heard of them and had decided that it would be in the best interest of everyone that the two were unified as soon as possible. Akon and Blackjack had anticipated their attack, however, and had drawn several transmutation circles on the earth around them. What they had not expected, however, was the fact that CUT had also anticipated the fact that humanoid heartless and nobodies have a large store of power and had hired a force to assist them. A small army, no less.
It soon became a slaughter. Blackjack could slice his way through an enemy and make his way to a transmutation circle where his did some inventive things that involved anything inside the circle, including the enemy. Akon’s quick hands with a piece of chalk could draw a transmutation circle on the armor of a foe and then he could stop at stage two, literally blowing the foe appart. The two brothers were eventually forced to fight back to back against the throng and the leaders of CUT. Then they did something. Some kind of technology was used at the same time as Akon and Blackjack bent down to reveal their last ace in the hole. A large transmutation circle carved into the earth beneath them and encompassed a considerable area. As the circle was activated, the alchemical currents blended with the strange force that emitted from the strange devices. The unification did not succeed, but the strange new force that had been created managed to summon the Gate of Alchemy. As the demons inside the gate that managed the Law of Equivalency attacked and disintegrated the every soldier except CUT’s leaders, Akon and Blackjack were taken inside the gate as well and it was there where they saw the history of the worlds.
When they were finally ejected from the gate, the area was empty except for a twisted pile of flesh and bone and blood that had appeared in the middle of the circle. The thing was barely alive and Akon had almost killed it in order to end its suffering, but Blackjack kept him at bay by pointing at the thing’s left eye. A black tattoo of a square covered it. Blackjack bent down and fed it some strange red stones that Akon eventually realised as Red Stones. Powerful Alchemic amplifiers created from red water. Why Blackjack had been saving them, Akon did not know, but the thing ate them like candy and they both watced as it reformed into the body of a blonde man. “Your name is Arthur, Blackjack stated. You are one of us. You are our brother. Parts of us exist within you and thus we are all connected.” Blackjack smirked. For the first time in a long time, Akon wondered if his brother was all he seemed.
The next years, Akon and Blackjack trained Arthur to their level of skill in Alchemy and hand-to-hand fighting while mastering their own new style of alchemy. Seeing the Gate allowed them to transmute without a circle. When they returned, years later, to the spot of Arthur’s creation, Arthur found a strange red stone in the grass. It seemed to resonate with the alchemic energy within Arthur and he recognised it as the Philosopher’s stone. It had been created using the sould of the warriors Blackjack and Akon had killed. When Blackjack tried to use it, the stone rejected him, confirming the fact that a part of Arthur resided within the stone as well. Giving Arthur the stone, Blackjack went back to the ship, but not before saying one memorable sentence with a grin on his face. “We’re quite a disjointed family, huh?”
Deciding that the finding of the stone called for a celebration, the three proceeded to get absolutely smashed before heading off to Agrabah to see if there were any pretty treasures there open for ‘borrowing’. They were too drunk to get into the palace, but the day after, Blackjack handed a hung-over Akon a pearl necklace. “You can’t keep fighting with your hands, brother.” He said, “You’ll break a finger eventually. I’m certain you’ll figure out how to use this.” The next day, Akon had figured it out. Again, he wondered about the nature of his brother.
The next stop was a world that was never in the same place. Evanidus. The utopia of mages. It was there where Arthur got the Philosopher’s Stone enchanted with the various enchantments that make it the potent weapon it is today. Evanidus also had a giant library in which Akon often spent days at a time. This is where he read his first romance novel. And his second. And third. And more.
Ever since Evanidus, Akon, Arthur and Blackjack have been traveling the worlds. Fighting to destroy whatever they want and do whatever they like. Which includes drinking. A lot.
Extra History Notes:
Blakjack served for five years in an army as a highly ranking and respected official before going to look for Akon. This means that Akon floated in non-existance for something around five years before coming into being.

Arthur’s wings are too small for flight.
If one dies, all die.
Akon, Blackjack and Arthur are all terrific dancers and Arthur and Blackjack are huge flirts. Akon is the best dancer of the three, but rarely goes out to the floor unless goaded and blackmailed by his brothers.
As you may have guessed, all three are HEAVY drinkers. The three of them once out-drank an entire tavern of pirates and kept on going for the rest of the night. Blackjack, however, makes the other two look like lightweights.
When working together on a single transmutation circle, the resulting alchemic effects can be incredibly powerful, if not catastrophic in nature. The three also work in perfect synch wether in combat or solving a riddle given to them by an old lady riding a unicycle. (don't ask)
