Name: Spark City
Race(s): Humans of all shapes, sizes and color.
Odd Animals: Other than the occasional Heartless that show themselves in the slums, no real strange creatures dwell in the city.
History: Not that long ago Spark City was considered a Utopia that rivaled with such great worlds like Atlantis and Olympus. But it soon became flooded with so much crime and corruption that it was given the nickname Back-alley Town. The bright blue sky was soon covered in constant thick gray clouds with no chance of any sunlight showing leaving the city to rely on nothing but electirc powered lights. The rule has now been turned to spineless politicians who care only for themselves letting any criminals with the right amount of cash and persuasion get away with crimes as heinous as murder.
Environment: No real environmental features can describe the world. Its entirely one huge city with no natural areas at all except for some small parks and a few trees. Everything else is brick and concrete. The sky is constantly covered in a blanket of clouds so it rains most of the time. And the only source of light is from the street lights and the multiple neon and florescent lights found in the buildings and signs.
