I'm six three. I weigh about 165 pounds. I have short gray hair. It's spiky in the back and parted to the sides in the front. It's also slightly longer in the front. I'm kinda pale (which is odd considering the fact that I'm out in the sun a lot), and I have various red tribal tattoos. I'm not muscular, but don't let that fool you, I'm quite strong in my own right.

What I get greedy sometimes, and I'm not the only one. Hands of that medallion Gruz! Anyway, I as I was saying, I tend to follow it, though I will occasionally slip and do something that goes against it, whether it be good or bad. I'm all about rescuing damsels in distress and bringing down the bad guys though! My men come first, so if one of them is injured, or in trouble, I go to their aid, however I can.

I'm a fun loving guy, and I like to joke and make witty banter. But I'm all about checking out my opponents (hello ladies), and finding their weaknesses. I also tend to use the surroundings to my advantage. I'm sneaky and conniving, so I'm not afraid to stab you in the back if I feel like I need to. I also flirt a lot, so for all you lovely ladies out there, I'm single (I hope they don't mind if I grope or attempt to). I also have a teeny bit of an obsession with alcohol. I'm no drunk mind you, but if my ship doesn't have any, I'm freaking out, and demanding to stop at the nearest place to buy (or steal if need be) some. Cause even though I will get drunk, it's more for my crew. They can throw a mean party, and aren't afraid to. Did I mention I like to gamble? Oh yeah, I'll try and talk like a pirate sometimes, but I'll usually end up saying something along the lines of that sounds weird.

Status: Poison- If Kalen manages to cut his opponents deep enough they end up poisoned. The poison lasts for three of his opponents' posts, and drains them of their energy (for example: speed, strength, reflexes, stuff like that). If poisoned once they can't be poisoned again for at least three posts.

But why is all the rum gone!?
Kalen will attempt to take a drink of rum out of a flask he carries with him. But it's empty. So he throws a bit of a fit, and attacks the nearest person. This fit lasts for two posts, and while in it he is invincible.

Uses: 3, three post cooldown

And really bad eggs!
Kalen throws bombs at his opponents, which blow up when they hit something. Anything within five feet of where it lands is in the blast zone.

There be booty!
Kalen being the pirate he is has an eye for treasure. Any time he sees anything that may be worth of value, or hears about something that may be worth of value his greed kicks in. His physical attributes increase, and remain at such a state for four posts. Once he leaves that state of greed he can't return for two of his posts.

Strength: Moderate
Uses: Infinite, two post cool-down

The Armada is Ready!
Kalen's ship, the Blue Cutlass will begin to fire upon any enemies that Kalen has in at a particular time. It cannot target anyone on the ship, but otherwise Kalen's enemies are fair game. Any shot that hits something explodes, and the blast area is 15 feet. It does this for two posts, then stops to recharge.

They are two daggers. What one would call the blade is gold, with gold coated shark teeth attached to it. The handles are red and black. (see appearance pic)

It's a ship. Yeah a ship, but not a normal one. It has a [i]few[/i] modifications made to it. Like the ability to fly. It can hold up to fifty men, and 20 tons of cargo. Don't ask me how, my engineer did the work. It fires canons like a normal one, but it has the option of using Gummi Ship lasers, blasters, canons and the like. It's also hard to destroy, in part because of it's size. It'll only use the Gummi Ship parts while in space.

[b]1.[/b] Fire II- Allows the user to surround themselves with a perimeter of furiously orbiting flames. Deals weak fire-elemental magic damage to anyone horizontal to the user within two meters of them. 10 uses per battle. Lasts one post.

[b]2.[/b] Thunder I- Allows the user to surround themselves with a dozen randomly-falling thick yellow lightning bolts. The lightning comes down anywhere within five meters around the user. If any targets are within that range when cast at least one bolt will always come down in their direction, with more often focused in the general area. The strikes deal weak thunder-elemental magic damage to anyone they hit. 10 uses per battle. Lasts one post.

[b]3.[/b] Sonic Thrust- The user can perform a thrust with their weapon or body which propels them at Strong-level speed across a distance of ten feet. A slipstream surrounds the user that dulls any attack made on them from the front or sides during this movement but it also dulls their attack if it involves a bladed or piercing weapon to only cause blunt damage. The propulsion can only move the user in a straight direction and only over a surface, not through the air. 4 uses per battle with no other limitations. Sonic Thrust's damage is equivalent to a Weak ability.

[b]History:[/b] Each one has his or her own little history that they've told their captain. Smiley was found in a bar, drinking away his happiness. He was married, and didn't like it much, though he liked the girl. Kalen offered him a chance to get away, so he came. Unfortunately so did his wife. Smiley isn't the first mate, but is good friends with the captain. He's the master gunner. He's 19.

One Eye was found stranded on an island, with a monkey. He joined up with Kalen to be a pirate once more, and ended up giving the monkey an eye patch and a bad name. He wears an eye patch because his previous captain removed his right eye for eyeballing his woman. One Eye is 21.

Tinker is the ship's engineer. If something isn't working right or at all, he's either to blame, or working on getting it fixed. He came with the ship, and cost Kalen a lot of munny. But Tinker's proved to be worth it, mostly. Tinker is 16.

Ah Tina, one of two women on the ship, and Smiley's wife. Apparently she forced him into marrying her when he groped her while he was drunk a few years back. When he tried to get away, she came with, if only to keep an eye on him. She's turned out to be reliable, and oddly enough, as big a partier as the others are.

[size=1][blockquote]I'm not gonna bore you with the where I was born, how long I was born, and to what species I was born. Why? Well I already told ya that stuff before. I'll tell ya this though, my father is part of the Royal Navy, and you can bet he wasn't happy when I became a pirate. I didn't decide I wanted to be one though, no, the job chose me. I guess. Anyway, when I was thirteen some pirates took me from my home. They wanted my dad to pay ransom for me, and well, let's just say my dad was slow to comply. After spending a year with them I grew to like pirating, so I became one myself. I changed my name to Kalen Creim (the last name was what I changed, if you put the e at the end instead of where it is now you get Crime). I adopted pirate-like clothes, got some tattoos, and some weapons of choice. Then I set out to find a crew, after having finally convinced my capturers that they wouldn't see an ounce of gold. While not pleased they thought it was a delicious irony that the son of an admiral in the Royal Navy was a pirate, so they didn't complain much. I travelled around, and found a crew. We needed a ship, so we did the most pirate-like thing. We stole it. From the Royal Navy. They weren't very happy campers when we did. For about a year me and my crew sailed the seas, plundering, stealing, and occasionally doing a good deed (just so I wouldn't feel as guilty for doing the bad stuff, guess my parents raised me well). Then the one man I didn't think capable of hardly any harm, the cook (who's name I shall not say to this very day), started a mutiny. And well, me and my first mate (Lancelot, who for some unknown reason decided to side with me, that knucklehead), were thrown overboard. We managed to find land, and well lucky for us, it'd be a pirate's home, Tortuga. Me and Lance (I'd grown tired of saying Lancelot by this point) had hit every pub, every bar, every tavern, looking for people to join our new pirate crew. Our pitch was flawless, right up until the point where we were asked the name of our ship. Then our pitch, like so many ships that came near Tortuga with the intention of arresting people, sunk. So we went to the market. We had a fortune to spend (and that almost wasn't enough) due to the fact that I didn't trust my crew, so every time we stopped in Tortuga, I hid my share of the treasure, and so did Lance. We pooled it together, and bought us a ship, which my mom named the Blue Cutlass (I'd go back home before naming it just to let my mom know I was okay, she was something of a worrywart). We then went and got us our crew (most of whom aren't worth mentioning), and set sail.  With the winds at our back, the air in our noses, and the occasional case of sea sickness in our foods, we moved onward, doing what pirates do best, and that was causing trouble. Later I'd find out from Smiley that he'd been offered a position as first mate on my old ship (the Black Eagle), but he refused because he found out that the previous crew had all turned into Heartless, and the captain was looking to make more. I was glad I had gotten away from that, for now I could focus on doing what I wanted, which was mainly stopping at every known place to hit on girls. One day Tinker (our engineer) decided that the world was too large to sail, and to small to plunder. So he turned the ship into an airship, one capable of flying through the air, sailing through the sea, and hopefully traversing space (at this time Tinker wasn't sure how well that function would work, and I'm just glad it did, and still does). And that my friends, is the tale of Captain Kalen Creim thus far. Yo ho ho and really bad eggs. Argh. You get the picture right? I ask cause I really want to stop with the pirate talk matey.
