Character Personality:
To describe someone like Rei, I guess you could start with his history. After escaping the facility, he ran. He was wearing nothing more than boxers at the time, but, he really didnt care. He was scared. What if they made him go back there? What if he was some sort of freak-of-nature?! Rei had just been scared. To this day he lives with that fear, and no matter how many times he tries to supress it, it is constantly there. Sometimes he is scared he might be some sort of aliens, and, with his powers, who could deny him? When his tough exterior fades, he becomes very vulnerable. He could easily go into a fit of rage, or break down crying, depending what kind of advantage you took over him.
Outside of this fear, a rough, hard, exterior lays, that only comes off when Rei chooses to. He only does this when he is in full trust of someone, and if there is even a slight bit of doubt, he will keep it there. Even if he is in searing pain, the only thing you might get out of Rei then would but a hard grunt. This shell is thick, and seems to make him immune to showing his inner feelings.

Weapon Name: Modified Gun-Blade
Weapon Appearance:
As seen in the picture, this sword certainly doesnt resemble a Gun-Blade. But, it of course has the same affects. The weapon measures around his height, with a few added inches to it. Rei has refitted the gun trigger to be an actual gun. The barrel is the blades length, and it fires 45 callibur rounds. The gun is always fully loaded. The blade itself is made of diamond. Rei stole this from an armory, and then hired someone to fix it up for him.
Abilities:
Blank Magic - Blank Magic, or essentially, Raw Magic, is a rare type of element that is very useful. This element does 100% damage if it hits. No special effects come into play. If your weakness is magic, and this hits you, it does no extra damage. It appears as a transparent gel, with the occasional blue electirc spark shooting across it. Rei can produce this magic in mass amounts, molding it into various forms and shapes for attack and/or defense.
ReACT - One of the few skills Rei managed to sustain from his time in the facility, ReACT can be used in all sorts of situations. With this, the raw magical energy in his body courses through his blood, and of course, this goes to the brain. No one is quite sure what caused the magic to have this effect, but, it doesnt matter. With his, Rei can move faster than humanly possibly (say around 60mph), and his reaction times (mental and physical) are seemingly impossible to accomplish. He could easily detect the finger movements before someone pulls the trigger on a gun, and dive out of the way before the person had a chance to change their firing direction. Ths is a passive ability.
Hextaga - A rare magical spell of Rei's that doesnt invovle Blank Magic, Hextaga is a long forgotten, but powerful spell. When he casts it, a purple circle will appear around the oponent, and then five large purple fists will fly at the opponent. The intial ring does nothing. The fists will follow the opponent around if they move. If any of the fists hit, or comes even within a one-yard radius of their body, the hex will be cast. A purple swirl of magic surrounds the opponent, with little minature purple skulls appearing here and there. While this spell is in action, the opponent receives constant damage. It is nothing horrible everytime, but, by the time it ends, the opponent is severely drained of energy. To stop this, they must destroy the fists before they come into the range that activates the spell. The only way to do this is to hit them physically, but, this is rarely thought of since it takes a gas-like appearance and form. Magical attacks however, cannot destory the fists. [3 of opponents post period, 2 posts cooldown]

I have come to realize no matter how hard you try, the human body cannot possibly acheive what I want. A Utopian must be able to surpass the human mind, and be able to see beyond the illusions of Good & Evil. Even I, one who dreams of a Utopia where no conflicts arise, and no harm comes to anyone, cannot force myself to push the illusions out of my mind. So, I must create someone who does not know the meaning of this. Someone who only knows their own purpose, So, I have now done what my colleagues once thought impossible.
I took a man off the streets. He was lonely, and had nothing. So I offered him a postion in my research to make him more...powerful. So I led him in to a tank, saying I had to prepare him for further testing. Strangely, though, as I did this, something happened. His memory was wiped as I had filled the tank. I filled it up using a a new magical substance I dicovered, called "blank magic".
Currently, no other effects have happened as far as Ive seen, but, for a moment, whenver he moved, the glass seemed to waver fiercely, as if some sort of powerful vibration were hitting it. I put in some sleeping gas, and he should be out for the night. I must pack up and leave. The lab alarm will automatically go off

Ive been waiting for thirty-minutes or so for him to leave. I had been watching my colleague perform his experiment, and, after watching the monitor, I was astounded that the brainwaves had seemed to lose all connection with the memory cells. I was never one to hold up for right and wrong, but, this has seemed to have sparked my last bit of morals. I do not know if he did this on purpose, or not, but, something tells me I MUST save this person. Who knows what effects that substance has had on him.
Time: 5:34 A.M
Ive spent the last two hours trying ot help this man, but, unfortunately, my attempts are futile. He cant even remember his own name! So, I searched over his files, and apparently on his report; his name is "Rei Ka". He doesnt know anything about what happened, or, why he's here. I found it best not to tell him for the moment. I do this out of concern, and fear. If he is still expriencing the powers that I saw before, I would wish not to anger him. He may be inured, but, I still have my own personal concerns.
Rei, after my examniation, has some strange physical changes. His skin his like steel, I tired taking a blood sample, but I couldnt get the needle through the skin. Then, his eyes turned black after I went back to my kit. I stayed away for a moment, and then ran, or, I attempted, to run more tests. His vital signs are good, and he shows no sign of mental affects (besides amnesia, of course). I decided I would try to restore his memories using some of my alchemic materials.

Dr. Sevance was found unconcious on my floor, by the morning janitor. I came in, and realized my test expirement had escaped. I feared the worst. As with all of my subjects, I insert some sort of tracking device so I can track where they are, and when. In Rei's case, I put microbots the size of bloodcells into his stream. But, when I tried to access from the camera (which has universal signal I might add), I found that I wasnt seeing blood, but transparent liquid that showed the outer walls of his veins and arteries. Also, there are small blue electric charges going off. Though, they dont mess with the machines, thankfully.

For over twevle hours I have been examining the bodily stream, and, I have come to a startling conclusion. The aging process in Rei's body has ceased. Even with all of my computer simulations and technology, in every scenario, the aging process has ceased. I may be wrong, but, something in my gut is just telling me I am correct about this. I need to recapture this subject, and figure out a way to heal him. I dont know what danger he could cause...
But, luckily, some of his abilties have seemed to dissapeared. But, some others have manifested...
