As you can see, recently, there has been some problems with staff and activity. Things are going slow in the profile board and there's very little the staff members can do about it due to their work load [evil money chomping institutions...ahem].
So Iris and I have decided, this time, instead of going out to look for c-mods, we'll get you to come to us!
The admins are looking two one or two mods [depending on their activity] to help out the staff team. Their jobs are mainly focused in the profile section such as reading auditions, profiles, and making edits. You must be familiar with the rules , friendly, and helpful. And most importantly, you must be active, to a reasonable amount of course. We're not exactly looking for someone who'll dedicate their every minute to FM and little else, though such behavior is truly appreciated =]. Anyone can apply, but the staffs will be making the final decision.

Your RP experience: Well, I was with KHRPF from the time it was a year old up until the revolution, and I was with FM since the beginning. I've had many of my own forums that, in a big picture, were successful. They all eventually closed, but they were still good forums, just inactive. Like I said, though, I've been with FM for a long time, and I'm probably one of the few around here that know how things truly work.
Your activity: Ok, so, I've been slightly inactive in the past, right? Well now that I'm back, I'm on almost every day. If I were to get the position of C-Mod, it would be my anchor. I mean, I say now that I'm back for good, but if I were to get the position, it would most definitely be for sure.
But yeah, almost every day unless I'm too busy.
Edit: Advertising's fine. I'm a pro when it comes to advertising. I must have done hours upon hours of advertising when I had Superheroes Unite!

By the way. I might recruit one of the chosen c-mods to help me in advertising. So please state if you're interested in helping with advertisements. You'll be paid of course.
ALL C-MODS will receive a monthly paycheck by the way.

Your RP experience: Well I started about 8 years ago, but my first online rp was a little fantasy rp site, which was about four years ago. As time went on I went from forum to forum, until I ended up on khrpf. After a few months there, I came here to FM, which wasn't long after it started, and I've been here ever since.
Your activity: Well unless I say otherwise in the cbox or in the hello/good-bye board, I'm on everyday.
EDIT: And yes, I will help with the advertising!
EDIT EDIT: I also have experience with being staff on rp sites, as I've been a G-mod, a charrie mod, an admin, and other such roles (about half of which were along the lines of dealing with God-modders and such).

Your RP experience: I've several years of rping history, some experience in both building and running boards, and have been around since V.1. In V.1 I helped with the plot.
Your activity: I try to log in at least every other day, as I have a faction to tend to.

Maybe I should put in an application? Your RP experience: I began RPing in small forums upwards of four years ago, but for the last three or so years I've been on larger forums mostly. I've been an admin, a co-admin, global mod, and character mod on multiple sites. I've been on FM itself for about a year and three months. Your activity: Very active. I'm on at least six days a week, from at least half an hour to several hours. I'm rather involved in a faction, I have a canon, I'm active in two large plots ( The Forever King and Safe Haven), and I only have three characters and currently all three are seeing action. |

Your RP experience:I have been rping on and off for a couple years now. I have started a couple of sites but they never got very far because i forgot about them somehow. I joined Final Mix in V2 i believe, as Hien. And i joined back up this last February (i suck at remembering how to spelling the month i was born in it seems). I am very good at picking out loopholes and helping get rid of them as long as they arent mine.
By the way i am willing to do advertising anytime. In fact i could use some money right now.

Your RP experience: 11 years, something like 50 forums in all, with various Admin/G-mod/Character approval positions. I've been a C-mod on FM before, so I'm familiar with demands of the job (not that it matters, but I've been with FM since late V1, before the first shutdown).
Your activity: I check FM every day, at least once and normally twice. With my new "work only" activity, this would go perfectly fine. I'd just handle my time between character profiles and my board.
(Would this like, toss a wrench in my Story Coordinator position? Or would I be Story Coordinator first and double as a C-mod?)

(I'm already sort of considered a C-Mod, though...I don't do much. Cus I'm busy most of time, I hardly check the C-Board. But, if you want I could help out a little more. I don't do well, determining if an ability is okay or not. x__x I say... character profiles will have to get two approvals. o-o Well..its just a suggestion.) |
