My opinion? Don't pick a game you've played. It's easy to get caught up in the mechanics of how the game works and it can devolve into a godmode type thing even if it wasn't intentional. Of them I have no clue what Persona is, but KH tends to be interesting because of the sheer variety of worlds available to it, FMA because well, Edward's hilarious and fairly easy to characterize and FF... uh, you do realize there's like a bajillion FFs out there, right?

Yeah, they're all good choices. Just pick one that inspires you and take it from there.
