So I just found out that the canon Kingdom Hearts manga reveals that all the Organisation members have actual pastimes (Lexaeus solving puzzles, Zexion cooking, etc).
This makes me wonder if anyone's read it and knows what Luxord's pastime is? I understand Roxas's is eating ice cream. /me facepalms.

Your suspicions mirror mine, but just because we can postulate that Luxord likes gambling, it does not follow that, therefore, Luxord's pastime is gambling. It might well be solving word puzzles, or reciting plays, or heck, maybe even reading dictionaries. (that's a joke, laugh)
So... I figured I'd see if someone'd read it and could shed some light on this matter. Hopefully my mind shan't prove to be an equal to an eye pupil.

I'm not sure if the PERSONALITIES and traits shown in the manga that aren't shown in the games are particularly canon, actually... XD

Really not. In the Chain of Memories manga Zexion, Lexaeus and Vexen had a "Chore Wheel" for who had to do the various menial tasks in the basement. ^^; Also Zexion seemed to act the most in-charge whereas in the game Lex tended to take the final word on everything when they talked.
I can say that in Birth By Sleep Luxord mentions losing "half the poker league" when people are shipped off to Castle Oblivion, so clearly card games are a pastime, though the obviousness of that is fairly earth-staggering and doesn't warrant much mention. Heh.
