Alrighty. So I know that we have those fancy morph equips in the shop -- which are totally awesome, btw -- but I was just wondering something. Is it still possible to have a character entirely based around animal-shifting, but doing it without the equip? For instance, having their main weapon as, say 'Tiger Form', with a weak ability that allows the character to use it. Then, the character's abilities could only be used in that form.
Such as... idk, 'Cat-like Reflexes' and stuff like that. I know it's a dumb question -- as the title makes obvious, but I was just curious.

I think the equips were designed to be able to purchase a multi-form ability without making it overly expensive or particularly easy to abuse. Everyone's still allowed to make abilities with morphs in mind, as I understand it.
Hmmm. I think what you're suggesting is possible to do, though you'd probably have to at least make it a weak ability for your 'morph', the weapon being the morph itself with added upgrades in other places.
Then again, wait for Bilby. =P

*nod*
If you had an ability that allowed you to transform, and had only one transformation, I could see what you're saying as being perfectly acceptable without the equip.
Morph Equip seems to be more like an allowance of multiple different forms.

Something being an Equip does not prevent people from making abilities of a similar function.
