Physical appearance ~ : Hector stands at 5'10 and weighs 160 pounds. He is very slim, with minimal muscle definition. Hector has pale skin that gives off a slight glimmer in direct sunlight, as well as eminent silver hair that glistens at night. His hair is of medium length, falling down to his chin, but having a tendency to be spiky none-the-less. His eyes are large and amber in color, tending to draw the attention of those who look him in the face. His slightly odd effects in the light aside, Hector appears entirely human.

Clothing/Accessories ~ : Though not his original garb, Hector wears a pair of black slacks and dress shoes, along with an untucked and semi-buttoned blue dress shirt. The shirt is long-sleeved, but rolled up to his elbows, and his bare chest can be seen underneath it, for he wears no undershirt. This attire was obtained off an unlucky opponent, as it blends in much better than his customary toga. Around his left forearm is wrapped the all black Cord of Discord, which appears as a thick wire. Hector often has a cigarette behind his ear or in his mouth, and is rarely seen without one.

Alignment ~ :Neutral- Being a muse of sorts, Hector holds no tie to any alignment, yet rather seeks amusement and to preserve his own self interests. Though he worked for the "good" gods of Olympus, he himself can only be classified as neutral.
Behavior ~ : Caring only for himself and his own amusement, Hector is a true egotist. Having grown tired of him home, Hector travels the Sea of Stars in search of treasures and powers outside his own, as well as new subjects in which to influence. To those he deems his friends, Hector is capable of showing compassion, though he does try very hard to hide it, for Hector believes love and compassion to be human weaknesses. He is very full of humour and has a likeable personality, regardless of any immoralities, which often plays into his games. Towards those he deems an enemy, which are few, Hector is not so much cold as entirely uncaring. if he sees a target as in need of removal, he simply removes them, not allowing anger or hatred to play their way into things and complicate situations.

This style of fighting is further discussed in "abilities."

AP left:
Body of a God
Being a form of Demi-God, Hector is stronger, faster, and more durable than most other opponents. He is able to fight unarmed with equal proficiency and efficiency as many warriors fight with their swords and shields. His skin is hard and bones are tough, allowing him to be able to swat at the flat of bladed weapons and block blunt weapons without tearing his skin, completely breaking a bones, or suffer burns due to friction.
Strength: Weak
Uses: This ability is passive.
Cord of Discord
A unique artifact that Hector picked up in Olympus, the Cord of Discord has the ability to disunite others. At his current state, Hector has no mastery of the object and simply uses it for its passive effect by wearing it around his arm. When others are fighting against Hector, they find themselves unable to coordinate their attacks properly, often getting in each others way and hindering each other rather than helping each other. This makes their movements easier to read, and Hector earn a great advantage when outnumbered or facing united foes. This ability allows Hector to fight multiple foes by himself without being too heavily overwhelmed, if overwhelmed at all. This only works when the opposing forces are allied and are intentionally trying to aid each other in combat. If multiple foes who seek to fight Hector with no cooperative strategy fight against him, he is just as screwed as any other person would be.
Strength:Weak
Uses: Passive
Influence
This ability is granted to Hector by the nature of what he is, the a demi-god of inspiration and degradation, a muse. It is a telepathic-like ability that allows him to speak directly to the hearts and minds of people, urging them in one way or another. The ability is unlimited in the way it can be administered to a target, meaning it can be used to project almost any emotion or mentality, essentially controlling how one thinks, without directly controlling their thoughts. Against NPC's it works by instilling will and desire to do or not do any one thing, though is not an absolute form of control and cannot override basic instincts and primary objectives. This means Hector can not tell any NPC to kill itself outright, since basic survival skills would go against that, though he can bring about heavy depression, which could lead to that end. Also, Hector cannot dissuade an enemy from their ultimate goal, such as a heartless from taking hearts, or a nobody from wanting his heart back, or a lover from saving the one they love from death. He can however instill emotions and mentalities that may or may not lead to any of these conclusions.
Against a PC, this ability works in a different way, since obviously Hector cannot control someone else's character. Against a PC, this ability works by projecting illusions, making the character see or hear things he did not percieve, and by creating actual physical illusions. These illusions last however long it takes until the person is able to logically prove it is unreal, or by dealing a blow to Hector. What this means is that if a person is able to prove to themselves that they are actually not in a desert, whether by trying to eat the sand and not being able to, or by falling into a cactus and not getting hurt, the illusion endures. Just suspecting that an illusion is unreal because you know the nature of Hector's powers or because it is unlikely does not break the illusion. This ability heavily relies on RP fairness between both Hector and an opponent, though the illusions cannot cause harm to or physical manifestations, therefore it is not truly difficult to break out of.
Strength: Strong
Uses: Infinite uses, has a 1 post cooldown for use on NPC's, 3 post cooldown for use on PC's.

Hector was born the son of Apollo, and deemed the God of Influence. Because of his nature and abilities, he was put in charge of the muses, who inspired the great heroes and entertainers of the time to do their best to benefit the world. His abilities came natural to him, and he was able to give inspiration to the greatest of heroes, such as Achilles and Odysseus. As time passed by, Hector became tired of others reigning in glory over his own hard work, and began to resent his job and title with a growing fury. As more and more heroes emerged, filled with the drive and focus brought upon by him and his muses, Hector flew into a rage, accusing his father of wronging him and stealing his glory. Apollo, who had cared little for his son upon discovering his underappreciating talents, had his own father, Zeus, exile Hector from the heavens. With his immortality removed and no way to return to Olympus, Hector became enraged at his situation. Having seen many humans suck up his glory, he was unsympathetic to them in general, and now found himself stuck in their lifestyle. Hitch-hiking a ride to Traverse town on a Gummy Ship, Hector began a life as a tavern drifter, seeking amusement by inspiring people to do dumb or destructive things. In olympus he had been forbidden to exercise his abilities in any way that was not productive, yet free of their tyranny he began to test the limits of his abilities.
For a good 7 years, Hector assimilated to the life of the humans, partaking in festivities and mundane pleasures while simultaneously administering his influentual abilities in a secretive way. Finding amusement in meddling with human affairs, he became fascinated with material wealth and supernatural gain, hoping to regain his immortality and god-hood through alternative ways. Because of this, he began to seek out artifacts of magical importance as well as hire himself out as an agent in return for monetary compensation. It was in one of these very missions that Hector found the Cord of Discord. Thought to have dissappeared from his own world centuries before, the Cord of Discord had fallen into the hands of a particularly dark anthromorphic foe. This Beagle-creature commanded numerous shadowy minions that had an insatiable hunger for hearts, something that Hector had never heard of. Though this was his first encounter with the heartless, he paid them no minds, for the being had not expected one of his powers to come in search of the cord, and was easily overwhelmed.
With the legendary Cord on his arm and a strong-willed goal for self-importance, Hector travels the worlds of the Sea of Stars, forging himself an adventure.
