First, changing her three weak abilities into one strong ability:
[Ruby Red Miracle]
[In times of need, Dorothy can summon forth a ruby red aura around herself that absorbs the damage of one ability or attack, protecting her from any harm whatsoever for that one attack or ability. If an attack extends beyond the turn this ability is used, Dorothy will get damaged as she normally would. It should be noted that, while the aura is usually casted upon her defenseless self, she can also cast it upon her summon to help it in battle. The same rules of the barrier apply for the summon as it would for Dorothy.]
Strength: Strong
Uses: 1 post cooldown
That should be free and such. Now for Toto. Using his leftover 6AP AND buying a summon boost for 500 munny.

The orb is about the size of a baseball and travels at a fast speed toward the target. Upon contact with a target, the electrical orb explodes, discharging electricity in a one foot diameter from the point of impact.]

[When Dorothy issues the command ‘Thunderbolt’, Toto opens his mouth and fires out a powerful electrical beam of energy in one of two ways. The first way that the meter wide beam can be used is having it travel in a straight path forward until it hits something or Toto cancels out the attack. In this variation, there is a homing feature that allows a greater chance of hitting the target. If the electrical beam passes by the opponent, it does not continue to home in. The second way the attack can be used is the electricity firing off in a wide fan of electricity that shoots out at 45 degree angles relative to Toto. The fan of electricity goes as far as 7 meters in front of Toto before it fizzles out. Both versions of the attack travel very quickly through the air, almost like a real bolt of lightning.]
