Look through some of the characters, I need to spend some remaining AP.
Promise
Riclae removes her cloak and wraps the kukri in it. When she unwraps it, it become about the size a longsword. Along with a pump in size, on closer examination it has etchings in it that it look like a metallic wing. While using Promise, Riclae won't lose any Scattered Memories when she uses an ability, however she can't gain anymore that what she has.
Strength: Moderate
Use: 3 times in battle, 2 post cooldown
