Vyena and Myena made no response to Shin's question, instead just standing with the same blank stare.
In the auditorium, the man who the two viera called master stood in the center of the stage, waiting for the two guests to arrive so that they could see his "special show." He was sure that they'd be amazed, right before the curtain fell.

They were nice washrooms. Not that Dee could have cared less. His kind did not... live life, quite in the same way as others. They had been designed and built for maximum efficiency over a very short operational lifespan - sleep and nutrition and waste management were seen as somewhat superfluous.
Ah well.
"So. Do we have a plan?"

Once in the wash room, Shin walked over to a sink, washing his hands and splashing a bit of cold water on his face, to make sure he was sharp. After letting out a sigh, as well as stretching a bit he faced his new little friend. “Well…. Nothing complex honestly, the girls are obvious under some kind of brainwashing…. Due to all the magic around here, I would guess a spell. So if the girls give us any trouble, we should stun them, we may want to do that before meeting up with this guy… I don’t like to be rough with innocent young ladies, but best not for them to get in the way…” Shin pondered a bit and sighed.
“The thing that annoys me, is all the damn mystery this guy has hidden himself behind, makes it hard to strategies, I suppose we should just think on our feet, and play to our strengths, if we need magic to counter his, then that’s where you come in, if he’s resistant to magic, then I’ll shoot him, slash him, send a jolt of darkness through his heart, whatever I gotta do.” Shin said with a rather solemn look.
“Just stay sharp, and try not to get charmed like those girl, or whatever they are, if he get’s ahold of my with that stuff, take care of me, I’m not letting him get use me like a puppet, that’s for sure.” Shin shock his head a bit, sickened by the thought. “Well…. Anything you want to talk about before we go to war so to speak?” Shin smiled, wanting Dee to get his word in.

The two Viera seemed to start slightly, turning towards the door. They were receiving new instructions.
"The master is ready for you. Please proceed quickly. The master dislikes waiting for long times, as it takes the magic out of the show."
It seems that time was up.

Dee nodded. That seemed relatively sound.
He was about to offer up some of his own ideas on the subject (he never wanted to be enslaved either) but the two Viera cut him off mid-sentence.
"I suppose we should go," the black mage said guardedly.

Shin sighed, adjusting his glasses, and brushing the hair out of his face. “I’ll tell you one thing Dee; I’m getting really annoyed, being led by the enemy… Him making demands….” Shin said shaking his head a bit, taking a deep breath and nodding, ready to leave, greeting the Viera.
“Oh I would dream of it, let’s be on our way then.” Shin said putting on a somewhat fake smile as he motioned Dee to follow him, ready to get all this settled, finding it rather bothersome to deal with such things, lead around by some egotistical blowhard treating him like a play thing, but perhaps he could bring an end to it.

As the viera led the two adventurers onto the stage, they could see a man standing in the middle of the stage.
He was a thin looking man, with shoulder length black hair, wearing a half mask that covered the left side of his face. He was wearing a long sleeved blue shirt, with large ruffles on the cuffs, and black long pants, that turned blue at the bottom with ruffles as well. The cuffs of his shirt were dropping sparkles of unknown origin as well. On his belt, there were two handles, seemingly weapons, one on each side of his waist.
As he saw the small group, he said in a somewhat booming voice, "Ah, my guests are finally here! You leetle boys are veery lucky tonight! So, so lucky! You're parents must be veery proud!" He was speaking with an unknown accent, but the gist of his words got over, " Now, Vyeena, Myeena, stand off to the side, we wouldn't like my preeety leetle aseestants to get hurt, would we?"
The two viera walked slowly to the side, back into the side of the eaves of the stage.

Dee wanted to reply that it was a futile wish - as long as they wanted him to... remain stable, it was necessary to acquiesce to his demands. But then the Viera were there and it was necessary to move.
The man spoke. He had a peculiar accent.
His message was less than impressive.
"Dee's father died trying to destroy a world," Dee said without any particular inflection as he took a guarded stance, left leg in front, right leg behind toes pointed out at ninety degrees, left arm up with the glove covering nearly half his face, right arm at his waist and apparently ready to attack. "He made Dee and his brothers fight for a long, long time."
"Dee does not believe he would be particularly pleased, no."
His gloves lit up with foxfire - a pale red, green, orange that flickered mutely.
"Are you forcing your little ones to fight, too?"
