A few points back.

You ARE allowed to use pictures of characters from other series as a BASE for your character's appearance. Appearance STRICTLY. Nothing else--personality, powers, history, name, etc.--maybe be copied. It's called a face claim. A few of my characters' appearances are based on the appearances of another character from another canon series. But that's it. Any more than that, and you're copying. Basically, it's a ref pic you're using for your character.
And yeah, it's stupid to base appearances on a KH character when you're on a KH forum.
And you can do whatever the hell you want for your avatar and sig. It's not the staff's problems what you put in your profile, unless it's offensive to someone or a certain group of people.
In Homac's case, I don't know ENOUGH about Wonder Chef. But it seems it's a copied title and the basic idea of the character is copied too. Which is enough to make it an invalid character on the forum. Meaning under normal circumstances, if the character profile was still sitting in the waiting board, you would have been denied.
However, since it was a mistake made on the staff's part [mainly me, cause I dun know my video games...] and it's been a long time between when you made the character and when the issue was brought up, I'll let Homac keep this one character.
In the future though, I'll be making sure to check more thoroughly whether the character is 'original' or not. The rules will be specified to make sure of this. And I hope the staffs will help me identify a copied character when they see one.
But you're safe, Homac. Just dun do it again. XD
