Physical Appearance
Many people seem to enjoy underestimating Tifa. Mind you, they have their reasons for doing so, but it often leads to them being beaten to a pulp before they realize what happened to them. She stands at an average height, and weighs quite a bit less than most girls her age. The reason for this is the fact that she's refused to let herself go to waste. She's spent years training her body, to the point that any fat -- leftover from her childhood or otherwise -- is gone. Rather, she's a living, breathing weapon.
Starting at the top her head, one would see medium-length black hair, which stops at the middle of her back, slightly obscuring her eyes. Said eyes are a very light brown, and often seem to exude kindness. Moving further down, one would notice a rather small nose, followed by uncharacteristically fully lips. Her jaws are smooth, finally coming down into a rather pointed chin. A rather long neck leads down to a strong, somewhat broad set of shoulders. The rest of her body is quite thin, with no obvious muscles, though they are most certainly there.
Clothing/Accessories
Tifa's choice of clothing could be considered odd, even among the strangely dressed adventurers that traverse the worlds. She wears a sleeveless back vest, over a white tanktop, to cover most of her torso, although a bit of her stomach is still visible. She also wears a strange skirt which comes to about mid-thigh in the front, and reaches down to her feet at the back. Beneath this she wears a pair of cargo shorts, as the skirt has a massive slit on either side. She also seems to have developed a strange adoration for ribbons, as she has three on her at all times. One tied onto each of her legs, and a red one tied on her left arm. On her feet are a pair of black and white sneakers, which are perfectly suited for kicking someone in the face.---
Halloween Town.
When visiting the gothic atmosphere that is Halloween Town, Tifa takes on a much darker look. Her eyes turn crimson, she grows a pair of fangs, and her outfit changes quite a bit. Gone is the tasteful vest and skirt, replaced by a black corset, a pair of tight leather pants, and a pair of high-heeled boots. Strangely, despite the fact that fighting should be much more difficult in this outfit, Tifa develops an unnatural grace that allows her to beat on her foes without having to worry about twisting her ankle or something.
Christmas Town.
In the much happier environment that is Christmas Town, Tifa changes once again. However, the changes here are much less drastic. She gains a lining of fur along every article of her clothing, and a small black elf's hat appears on her head. That's all. Nothing major.
Space Paranoids.
In Space Paranoids, Tifa goes digital. Her skin, as well as every article of her clothing, turns blue, with several lines of circuitry -- of a lighter blue shade -- running down her body.
Timeless River.
When entering Timeless River, several changes occur. Firstly, Tifa becomes black and white, her features becoming much less defined and cartoon-y. Her outfit also changes into one that she hasn't worn since her days training under Zangan. A sleeveless white shirt covers her chest, while leaving her stomach uncovered. She also gains a black mini-skirt with a pair of suspenders.
Atlantica.
When in the depths of Atlantica, Tifa becomes a mermaid. Big surprise. She wears a rather risque sea-shell top, and her legs are replaced by a rather long, teal-colored fin.
Pride Lands.
Lastly, when visiting the Pride Lands, Tifa becomes a monkey, something that still bothers her to this day. However, she can't complain too much, as she's still able to fight the way she would normally, unlike most people.

Behavior
Tifa is, in all honesty, a rather simple person to understand. She doesn't have any conflicting emotions, or any one unusual personality traits. She's a rather shy woman, who doesn't find it easy to connect with new people. Not to say that she's completely unable to do so, but she has a tendency to struggle with it. She's also quite protective over those that she cares about, and isn't afraid to stand up and fight for them, even if it means putting herself in danger. She's also quite caring and compassionate, and is more than willing to lend an ear to other's problems, even if she doesn't know them all that well.
Some have also been known to say that she's a bit of a motherly figure, a fact which she can't really deny, as much as she would like to. She's often the one that's keeping her allies and friends in line, and talking some sense into them when they're thinking of doing something stupid. Perhaps this is the reason why she was so devoted to creating 7th Heaven. It would simply be a way to open her arms to many other people that would normally be out of her reach.
As nice as she is, however, she can also seem rather mean at times. It's not as though she's actually a mean person or anything. Rather, she's not afraid to smack around those she cares about if they're being difficult. And if someone attempts to mess with her loved ones, she can very easily fly into a rage that won't be sated until she's taught them a lesson.

As Tifa is a hand-to-hand combatant, she needs no weapons. In all honesty, if she tried to use a weapon, she would probably fail. Miserably. However, there is one sign that lets her opponents know that she means business -- a pair of simple, black gloves. They're really not all that remarkable, as they come up to her wrists, and have no special designs or abilities associated with them. Sure, they help her avoid scrapes and bruises when she's punching things, but they're still nothing special.

0.
Zangan-Ryu Martial Arts.
The Zangan-Ryu style is a rather rare branch of martial arts, taught solely by it's creator, the great Zangan himself. As such, Tifa is, perhaps, one of the few remaining users of this art, making her quite unique. The style relies solely on the use of the user's spiritual energy -- known as 'Chi' -- to perform a variety of remarkable feats, the likes of which many people could only dream of. Due to the fact that these arts -- known as 'Heavens' -- drain the user's energy when it is used, it requires that the user has a great amount of control over their body, or else they run the risk of bringing about their own death. Luckily, Tifa was able to master this skill, enabling her to fight without ever having to worry about killing herself. Sure, other people might try to kill her, but she'll be able to put up one hell of a fight.
First Heaven ~
The first 'Heaven' is a rather simple one, that is active at all times. The massive reserves of Chi within Tifa's body has enhanced her natural strength to the point that it is far beyond that of a normal human. Her punches and kicks are now more than powerful enough to break walls, bones, or really anything that gets in her way. She is also able to lift four times her own body weight, which enables her to throw about her opponents if she ever needs to. This is actually quite beneficial in the heat of battle, as her opponents are never expecting it. She appears to be this small, fragile little girl, when in reality, she's more than capable of beating someone to a pulp. However, there are also downsides to this technique. While being able to go toe-to-toe with the most powerful of warriors is great, she also has to be careful not to break things unintentionally. As this technique is always active, it takes quite a bit of concentration to ensure that she doesn't, say, break someone's hand when she attempts to shake it. But in her eyes, the pros far outweigh the cons.
Strength ~
Strong.
Uses ~
Passive.
Cooldown ~
None.
Second Heaven ~
The second 'Heaven' requires a bit more energy than the first, but also has the ability to do quite a bit more damage as well. With just the slightest bit of concentration, a thin layer of blue-tinted energy covers her entire body, trailing behind her as she moves. If she kicks, then an arc of blue energy follows her path. If she punches, a trail of energy follows behind her fist. And while it may just appear to be flashy, this energy is actually quite deadly. If it makes contact with anyone, it deals the same amount of damage as the original blow. Meaning, of course, that if she was to continuously hit a foe while this ability is active, she would deal twice as much damage as she usually would. This can also be used to hit multiple foes, should they be standing side-by-side. For instance, imagine that there are three foes standing beside each other. If she was to bring her foot around and kick the one on the farthest left, the trail could very well hit the other two. It's also important to note that the blue light only lasts until her foot touches the ground. Once it does, bye bye light. It's a situational power, but one that could end up being quite deadly, depending on the situation.
Strength ~
Moderate.
Uses ~
Infinite. Once activated, the power lasts for three posts.
Cooldown ~
Five posts.
Third Heaven ~
The third 'Heaven', in itself, really is not all that powerful. But when used in conjunction with Tifa's other abilities, it can be her most dangerous technique. When in the heat of battle, Tifa can focus her Chi, doubling her movement speed. This means that she can attack twice as fast as normal, often enabling her to overwhelm her opponents with ease. The one downside to this ability is a 'crash period' that occurs after the ability wears off. For ten seconds, she is rendered immobile, as she must wait for her Chi to regenerate.
Strength ~
Weak.
Uses ~
Five per battle. Once used, it lasts for three posts.
Cooldown ~
Three posts.
Fourth Heaven ~
The fourth 'Heaven' comprises of two techniques, each based off of the theory that one can break their personal 'limits'. Utilizing these techniques require all of Tifa's skill, and using them too often could be hazardous to her health. The use of these techniques requires that the user realizes that there is no limits to what they can do. Coming to this realization enables one to utilize every ounce of strength within them. And for someone with strength that is already greatly increased, the strength of these techniques are unparalleled.Meteodrive.
Just like in the second 'Heaven', Tifa coats her hands in a thin layer of blue energy. However, this energy does something different. Whenever she strikes someone while this energy surrounds her hand, they are knocked back at distances up to twenty feet, unless they have a resistance to being moved. While these strikes only do normal damage, the ability to knock her foes back is very convenient for getting her out of tough situations. She can also use this to push objects with incredible ease. For instance, she could activate this ability and push a boulder, and it would fly in the direction she intended at incredible speeds.
Uses ~
Three uses per battle. Once used, it lasts for one post.
Cooldown ~
Four posts.
Meteor Rain.
Focusing yet again, Tifa sends her Chi mainly into her feet, enabling her to jump so high into the sky that she is invisible to the naked eye. At the crest of her jump, the Chi floods outwards, forming several intangible clones of herself. These clones, and Tifa herself, rocket towards the ground, looking exactly like a bunch of meteors. Upon making contact with the ground, an eruption of blue energy occurs, dealing quite a bit of damage to anyone caught in the vicinity. Anyone within a very close radius to where she landed -- say, three feet or so -- would be struck with such force that they would be unable to move for their next post, as they'd be pretty much stuck in the ground. And they'd be in a whole lot of pain. Due to the energy still stored in her feet, Tifa takes no damage from plummeting to the ground, although it takes her several seconds to regain her lost Chi.
Uses ~
Two uses per battle.
Cooldown ~
Six posts.
Strength ~
Strong.
Final Heaven ~
The final 'Heaven' is not only the most draining, but is also the most deadly. It requires that Tifa use every bit of Chi within her, but the result can very easily turn the tide of a battle. Focusing all of her energy into her fists, Tifa punches the air in front of her, causing a chain reaction of sorts. One orb, the size of a small boulder, bursts outwards, followed almost instantaneously by approximately ten more. These orbs each do incredible amounts of damage if someone makes contact with them, and could deal near-fatal amounts of damage, if someone was to get caught in the midst of it. It also has a secondary effect that is worth noting. If someone were to be simply grazed by one of the orbs, they would be violently thrown in the opposite direction. For example, if an orb touched a combatants left side, the victim would be tossed to the right. These orbs only travel a distance of ten feet away from her body, causing the chain reaction to halt once it's reached this distance. They also travel fast enough that, if the target wasn't already moving once she fired off the orbs, they'll probably get hit. If they are moving, then they have a chance of dodging it. Not a very good chance, mind you, but at least they have one.
Strength ~
Strong.
Uses ~
Four uses per battle.
Cooldown ~
Four posts.
Class Ability.
Hammer Blow ~
As the 'Hammer Blow' was created be Tifa herself, it cannot be considered part of the Zangan-Ryu style, although it does tie in with it fairly well. At any point in time, Tifa can choose to send a bit of Chi flying from her fist, attacking something from up to a meter away. This burst is capable of knocking back an opponent up to five feet, and can, potentially, break bones. While this attack is quite a bit weaker than Tifa's own physical strength, it enables her to attack from a bit of a range, making it at least somewhat useful.

Character Relationships ~
[/i] ~ Tifa's relationship with Cloud is quite complicated. While she cares quite deeply for him, she finds herself constantly irritated with him as well. It's not as though he does anything to irritate her, it's just... the way he is. Meaning of course, the way he always seems to get himself into trouble. As she represents the light within his heart, seeing him in pain makes her feel as though she's been harmed as well. As ironic as it may be, she thinks of him as the damsel in distress. If he's in trouble -- such as the time he was fighting Sephiroth and she intervened -- she's determined to step in and help him.Ally ~ | Unclear ~ | Enemy ~
Cloud
Leon[/i] ~ Tifa is still unsure how she feels about Leon. While he is an ally to her, she doesn't understand why he's always so full of angst. And because of this, she finds herself unable to get close to him. Perhaps the one thing that stops her from outright disliking him is the fact that he reminds her so much of Cloud. It's rather sad, really, how alike the two are.
Yuffie[/i] ~ Tifa considers Yuffie to be a pretty good friend. While she can't exactly trust the ninja -- what with her being a thief and everything -- she feels comfortable around her and has no problem telling her if she's got a problem. Plus, she makes on hell of a sparring partner.
Aerith[/i] ~ Tifa feels quite conflicted when it comes to Aerith. While Aerith is an incredible kind-hearted individual, who seems to want nothing more than to make sure her friends are happy, she also represents a rival for Cloud. Not in a romance way, of course, but Tifa just doesn't understand what the relationship between the two is. And that irritates her to no end.
Cid[/i] ~ The only word that Tifa can use to describe Cid is 'funny'. Not that he does anything to intentionally make her laugh, it's just the way he is. He's old, wrinkly, and drinks tea. That's more than enough reason to find him amusing. She also finds his temper quite hilarious, as he's really not frightening. At all. No matter how hard he tries to be.
Merlin[/i] ~ When it comes to Merlin, Tifa has no idea what to think. While he's on her side, being a member of the Restoration Committee and everything, she just has no idea whether she should hug him, or run away screaming. Sure, he's loud, boisterous, and funny. Which are all positive traits. But he's also really awkward. And old. And he needs to put on pants, for sure.
Marlene[/i] ~ Marlene is, in Tifa's eyes, like a daughter. While Tifa really doesn't know where the little girl comes from, she's taken her in and promised to protect her. Which she plans to do.
Sephiroth[/i] ~ While Tifa represents the light, Sephiroth represents the darkness within Cloud's heart. Thus, it only makes sense that Tifa thinks of him as her mortal enemy. She wants nothing more than to find him and make him pay for harming Cloud, and, by extension, her. But that's not where her hatred ends. She also wants the chance to prove her strength against him. Sure, she realizes just how strong he is, but she hopes that, if she can defeat him, perhaps everyone will see her for being as strong as she truly is. Plus, his face just bugs her.[/blockquote]
The Story ~
Tifa was born in a far-off world known as Gaia. much simpler world than many of the other ones she's visited, where people made a living by farming and creating their own goods, rather than by finding it mysteriously in the grasp of random beasts. To be more specific, she was born in a small town at the base of a small mountain known as Nibelheim. It was there that she lived a rather uneventful life for ten years. Fourteen years spent helping her mother tend to the crops and occasionally traversing up the nearby mountain just for the sake of doing so. It was a boring life, but one that she cherished.[/size]
On her tenth birthday, a man by the name of Zangan came to her. He was a strange little man, who blabbed on about her having some sort of 'special powers' that would make her a perfect student. Shortly after making these observations, he offered to teach her something called 'Zangan-Ryu' a style of fighting that would make her incredibly powerful. And while she was initially against the idea, she came to like the thought of being powerful enough to protect her loved ones from anyone who wanted to harm them.
Thus, she spent five years under Zangan's tutelage, learning how to have complete control over the energy within her body. Five long, grueling years that would only end in horror. One night, out of nowhere, strange creatures invaded the town. Strange, sinewy creatures, intent on trying to kill everyone she knew. Everyone she loved. She attempted to fight them off at first, but there were just too many of them. So she ran. Ran as far and as fast as she could, the odd creatures on her heels the entire time. Out of nowhere, as she was fleeing, a bright portal of light opened before her. A portal the likes of which she had never seen. And, with no foreseeable alternative in sight, she dove into it.
Even to this day, she is not sure how long she slept for. All she remembers is awakening to the sound of a calming voice, asking who she was, and whether she was hurt. Responding after a moment of hesitation, she opened her eyes, seeing him for the first time.
Cloud.
She wasn't sure what it was, but she seemed to know him somehow. Which was impossible, considering that she was on an entirely different world, but even still, the feeling lingered. He informed her that they were on a world known as Olympus, and that she would be safe here. Believing what he said, she went back to sleep, determined to get rid of the inexplicable weariness that lingered in her body.
But when she awoke, he was gone. Determined to find him, she went on a journey, visiting several unfamiliar worlds as she did so. This journey lasted for several years, finally bringing her to a place called Hollow Bastion. There, her journey nearly came to an end -- although Cloud happened to run off after a strange silver-haired man before she could talk to him. After assisting one key-wielding, spikey-haired youth in fighting off the Heartless infestation, she went off in search of Cloud once more, finally finding him a little while later.
Attempting to assist him in his fight against the silver-haired man -- who she came to know as Sephiroth -- she was forced to witness as the two disappeared in a burst of light, leaving her with no idea where he had gone to. Realizing just how slim the chances of her ever finding him now where, she joined the Restoration Committee, settling down and coming up with the idea of a bar -- 7th Heaven. And while this idea has recently come to fruition, and she's quite happy about it, she can't help but wonder where he is these days.
Whether he's even still alive...

All of the abilities will cost 1300 Munny. Here's the rundown.
Using the 10 AP that I started with, I got 'Fourth Heaven' as a Strong ability, and 'First Heaven' as a Moderate ability.
150 AP was spent to upgrade 'First Heaven' to Strong. It's 150 because of the canon discount.
300 was spent to buy 'Second Heaven' and upgrade it to a Moderate ability. Once again, it's 300 because of the canon discount.
300 was spent to buy 'Third Heaven'. That's not canon, so it's full price.
I spent 450 to buy 'Final Heaven' and upgrade it to Strong level. That gets the canon discount too.
Lastly, I spent 100 on an ability transfer. That ability comes from Yuffie.
150 +300 +300 + 450 + 100 = 1300.
Sound good? Groovy.
