As you are heading out the door of your house, a small glimmer of light catches your eye. You turn around and see a mirror, putting you face to face with your reflection.

Physical appearance ~ : Body wise, Ray is pretty tall at 6'1", and has a very skinny and lanky build but despite that, show signs of weight lifting. He's got azure eyes naturally tan skin, being of 3/4th Latin decent and dark brown hair that naturally slants back, forming three main spikes.


Clothing/Accessories ~ : Ray’s normal attire consists of Blue jeans draped over a pair of black steel toed boots with the steel plates modified to be visible on the outside. He also sports a worn grey tee shirt with a black cargo vest unbuttoned on top of it which has the emblem of his masters dojo emblazoned on the back. Black leather fingerless gloves top off his outfit. Sometimes he dons a black bandanna for a little variety.

As you're walking through the door, you see many sights that influence your mood. The different feelings that suddenly wash over you are many, leaving you with a strange mix of emotions.

Alignment ~ : Good

Behavior ~ : Rays basic personality trait is that of an energetic youth, acting on impulse the majority of the time. He's also a very goal driven person, setting up multiple smaller goals that lead up to the big goal and is at his peak potential when listening to music as he finds it easier to work under a rhythm.
When attempting something new, Ray always meets the challenge with an extremely confident demeanor and swagger, refusing to call it quits until he's accomplished what he set out to do. Though admittedly, the hardest part for him is the sitting and studying, even though he's learned to deal with that, his impatience and inability to sit still sometimes seep through the cracks. In reality, Ray is actually a very smart person, but due to his normally energetic and impatient behavior, people usually miss that fact.

Fists and feet. The steel plates on his shoes give his kicks extra weight and impact while fighting. He’s also got a devastating left hook thanks to the steel protectors on his knuckles

Kitetsu is an elongated katana made of a mysterious black metal. It thrives on souls for power when unsheathed, so it is extremely dangerous to wield it without a soul to power it because it will gradually drain the users’ soul instead. So if Ray absolutely needs a weapon and there are no spirits available to charge the blade, he will resolve to wielding it sealed in it’s sheath.

[[Ray readies his sword as he goes into horse stance and slashes in a downward cross, kicking up a whirlwind around him. This is an area clearer that sends most enemies flying a good distance away, which is about a meter at full force. Ray uses this when he’s being overwhelmed and needs some room to breathe.]

[Ray swipes the ground with his hand, sending a small shockwave rocketing towards an enemy . It moves at the speed of a baseball (50 mph or so) so it can be jumped over with the right timing. A successful hit feels as though you were just hit with a steel bat and will cause a small explosion that can knock a foe off their feet.]

Raising Storm
[Ray raises both hands into the air and crosses them above his head. He than brings them down in two hard slashes that rend the air and ground around him with eight powerful slashes, knocking back and cutting into any foe that is at a maximum of 10 feet away to his front and sides. At full force, the friction he causes in the air around him generates enough static electricity to jolt any enemy caught in the attack as well. Each 'slash' has the effect of one strike from a very large sword.]

The world border for Ray’s world had always been somewhat weak at best. Things from other worlds were always appearing out of nowhere, sometimes even people appeared too! That’s why Ray and his organization existed. They were a covert group of ninjas that handled foreign bodies that found themselves thrown into this world. But things got out of hand when the darkness came.
Out of nowhere the shadows swarmed the world, stealing hearts left and right, one after another. The fight waged on as Ray’s comrades and friends disappeared one after another. Alone the shadow creatures were weak, but they attacked in large groups that overwhelmed even the most powerful fighters and in the worlds final moments, as Ray struggled to fight the darkness surrounding him. He saw a brief glimpse of it. The heart shaped moon in the sky; the place where all the hearts were heading. And than nothing. Cold darkness surrounded him, but even than he continued to fight. Ray awoke alone in a place called Radiant Garden and promptly made a blood promise to avenge his fallen world.

Just a few problems with your abilities. In general I need dimensions and ranges for they're attacks. For example how far does the whirlwind effect in Sonic Wind? Because it is a weak ability it cannot be alot, no more than a meter radius at best.

The same thing applies to Guts Bullet. How far can this shock wave travel and on impact what happens? An explosion, kinetic force or something else? Does the shock wave just travel on the ground? Can someone dodge the attack by jumping in the air? How fast does the shock wave head to the opponent? That sort of thing.

Now for your third ability I get the impressing its a combination of the first two. A shock wave with an area attack. I need some clarification on this like what happens etc. Basically all that I mentioned about the second ability.

The second ability needs a very small alteration. You say the 'speed of a baseball'. That could be anything from 2 mph to 70 if you see what I mean, depends on who throws it right. I need an actual speed of how fast it can go, bearing in mind it is only a weak ability so not too fast.
