Let's make this quick and painless... *sniff*
750 munny for an S Rank Minion for the Colonel
300 munny for Three Ability Transfers from Vexen to the Colonel -- the abilities to take from Vexen are Glacial Torrent, Redoubtable Reverence, and Absolute Zero. Note that these are all Strong.
One Equip Transfer from Aly 'n Cwen to the Colonel -- Spiked Collar.
One Keyblade Transfer from Aly 'n Cwen to the Colonel -- note that the normal process for Keyblade design and so on will have to take place- Aly and the Colonel can't have the same Keyblade. xD
Yes, you can transfer Keyblades-- just not the Dual Wield unless you're shipping both over. xD Grav did it, from his Enaad to his Ghast. -nod-

S RANK MINION:
[blockquote]Grade: S
Name(s): Major Marshall Toland
Appearance(s): Toland is dressed in a manner not unlike Engram, a fine suit of armor of fine make. Dark grey in color. Red hair, cut cropped as per the Lt. Colonel's orders, this man has much more muscle than even the most battle hardened of warriors. Something he uses to his advantage often, along with his tall frame of 6'5", to make an imposing first impression. Surprisingly pale skin though, despite all the time spent outdoors. His weapon is the hefty broadsword, Fell, made for taking down many foes at a time. Despite it's huge frame, rivaling the Lt. Colonel's Respect, Toland can swing this massive blade around with one hand.
Abilities:
Ardor:
At his rally, the men of the Royal Guard will be filled with rage and adrenaline. All allied minions' attacking power, including his own, will rise a good 40% for the following 7 turns.
Strength: Moderate
Uses: 3 uses, 7 post cooldown
Enduring Power:
After training long and hard with his own masters of the blade, Toland has vastly increased strength. His punches can dent walls, break bones, and do rather mean things to an opponent's weapon, like stuffing it quite thoroughly into a wall. Nothing eccentric, though.
Rumors say he's taking less than legal substances, but nothing's been proven yet.
Strength: Moderate
Uses: Passive
Elemental Weakness: Light
History: Major Toland is the Co-Captain of the Royal Guard and, with Major Roesch, acts as a leader in the Royal forces. Specifically, he commands the 2nd Division. He answers to Lt. Colonel Engram directly. He's a brash man, full of the joys of war, and has a hard time sitting still. He was almost thrown out of the army after he threw the Lt. Colonel over the first line of defense where an opposing army was getting ready to attack.
If it's any consolation, Toland hadn't known about the army or first line of defense bit. He was just being a pompous jerk.
He can read and understand the flow of battle with ease however, making him a valuable asset. Between him and his fair weather rival Roesch, few can stand before the Royal Guard and win.

THREE NEW STRONG ABILITIES:
The Art of Battle
Engram is capable of wielding his weapons with a certain air and artistry, paralleled only by equal masters of the craft. His movements swift, his blows dealt with an iron determination, his every movement is swift and true as the stroke of a master artist.
//Incredible expertise with weapons of all kinds. Can wield two weapon( set)s at once with complete ease, can get very acrobatic with said weapons, can to fight with weapons in extremely expert level of expertise-- you could say he's fluent in fighting.
\\Engram became a master of weapons during his many travels, both in his homeland and abroad.
Strength: Strong
Uses: Passive
Juggernaut
Behind his titanium alloy suit, Engram is a titan on the battlefield. Behind his metal helmet lies an unwavering gaze that matches his warrior aura.
//All attacks received go down a full 2 AP in strength upon reaching Engram. Weak abilities are received as normal-attack-strength, and normal attacks are the equivalent of poking him in the shoulder.
\\Engram has both his forgemaster and his battle experience to thank for this impressive resistance-- his forgemaster for such impressive armor, and his battle experience for his unflinching resolve.
Strength: Strong
Uses: Passive
Sharing the Wealth
Though an impressive leader and teacher of arms, his students seem to remember more specific maneuvers and motions of battle when their teacher is looking over their shoulder.
//Passive abilities of Engram's are cycled through and shared with allies within 15 feet. In the order of abilities showing on Engram's profile, one Passive ability is shared per round with allied forces. Ability in question must be declared OOCly in the post. No two abilities can be in effect at the same time. Sharing the Wealth cannot be shared, and abilities shared under these conditions cannot be in anyway used by any person or force not approved of by Lt. Colonel Engram. As this is not a maneuver or spell, but experience from long term teaching, it cannot be stolen or copied via another ability without due reason.
\\Major Roesch, a master tactician and an officer under Lt. Colonel Engram, worked with the Colonel to devise an effective teaching course for all Royal Guard soldiers. Engram has since expanded it, and made it less of an obstacle for newcomers and allies.
