Chapter 1
What began as nothing more than another day at school.....
City of Lights, a large and rich city full of technological wonder and superiority. With a population of over eight million, its hard to think that this place harbored someone with a "unique" talent.
So the morning began as any other day, Kai was late once again and had to rush everything if he didn't want to miss the train to school. He always complained that he'd be better off living near the school like most students do. But what do you expect when this was the closest group home in the district?
Character Profile
Kai is 15 years old, an orphan who's been living on the bad side of town his whole life. His likes are music and comedy, and his dislikes are anything that involves hard work. Hes 5 1/2 feet tall and built like a wimp. He has long flared out blond hair and green eyes and an average skin tone. He wears your basic school uniform which consists of a black blazer over a white dress shirt with a red and black tie. He has gotten rid of the sleeves so that he can move his arms more freely. Black pants which have been cut in half to look like shorts much to the disapproval of his teachers and white sneakers.

With only a few more minutes before the train leaves he had to hustle quick. Taking a short cut he makes a sharp turn down an alleyway and slams into another person. Kai looks up and notices the insignia of his school on the persons school bag. After apologizing, he picks himself up and grabs a hold of the stranger and leads him to the train station.

The stranger is known as Rock, a 15 year old transfer student who had just arrived today from another school. His likes and dislikes are unknown. He has long silver hair that's pulled back in a ponytail with the front covering his forehead and green eyes with a muscular build and light skin. He wears a short sleeved yellow and blue hoodie and a pair of blue jeans and white and gray sneakers. He has one white glove that covers only half of his right hand.

He lives alone in a fancy apartment that he inherited after his family's death. His likes are unknown, his dislikes are anything idiotic Kai does. Hes 5'7'' and is more muscular looking than Kai could ever be. He has jet black hair that's short on the back but comes down to his left eye in the front and spikes upward on the top. He likes to wear a long no sleeve black trench coat with gold trimming over a yellow dress shirt halfway buttoned exposing his well toned chest. He wears black slacks with yellow and black sneakers. He also wears black fingerless gloves.
