Small little issue came up at the last second-- we're gonna need to define the arena for you guys a little better. (For example, do we want to keep the big drop into Hadesknowswhere? That'd make things much more interesting, eh? :3)

THIS is your battleground! It is surrounded by an impossibly large wall which cannot be broken, damaged, attacked, scaled, etcetera...

The ground cannot be broken.

Walls cannot be broken.

Walls cannot be climbed over-- think "invisible force field" if you get too high. xD

You cannot go through the walls. (I have to say this, just in case, you creative people you. xD)

Explosion-type abilities stop at the walls-- floors are debateable, but they can't be damaged in any way.

Common sense is in effect! xD

Beyond that, we should be good to go! Rolt, take it away!

Damage-wise, yes. All effects are in play, but only damage is weak level, unless it's a normal attack.
