A large figure in a cloak moved through the forest towards the mansion. The hooded cloak was pulled up around his face, shrouding his identity in a darkness almost as deep as that of the cloak itself. Even the hands sticking from the loose sleeves had black gloves on them.
The forest was silent, any animals nearby not wishing to have any attention drawn to them. The figure strode forth purposefully, glancing around, never doing more than was absolutely necessary to observe the area.

A black egg swirled into existence on the path before Lexaeus, and there stood another, smaller cloaked member, the hood was up, with only a metal grey lock of hair peeking out from the darkness. If the silent organization member could remember anything of the lives before, he'd know who it was that stood before him. Leaves drifted peacefully to the ground, and very little light peaked through the foliage.
Though it wasn't necessary, the lithe nobody lowered his hood, revealing the mess of gray hair, the single visible eye, the barest smirk. He had not changed, or had he? Is a heartless being capable of change? "Lexaeus. So you are alive. Strange that I would find you here." His arms parted in a slightly open gesture, before returning up to his face thoughtfully, a fist formed at his lips. His words were deliberate and thought out, containing a subtle double entendre. Was it strange that Lexaeus was here in this forest, or was it strange that Zexion had had to come here to meet him? These were the proposals that Zexion had contained in just the first sentence of their meeting. Already Zexion was making trouble, He had the glimmer in his eye, that a plan was in the making. "Zexion."
The greeting passed his lips as Lexaeus lowered his hood as well. His jaw was set firm. "I must apologize. I should not have started that fight with Riku." He shook his head. "It has been a long time." He glanced at Zexion stoically, not expressing much in his face or body language.
It appears he would wait for Zexion to say more.

The schemer tilted his head; he'd always been expressive for a nobody. Strangely like Axel, and yet not at all. "Lexaeus, there's no need for apologies between us, is there? I had always thought of us as closer than that." The illusionist mused. He obviously had something on his mind, itching to tell Lexaeus what it was, though it simply wouldn't be the best course of action to be out with it so suddenly. "But I wonder, Lexaeus, what business there is in such a simple place. Have you lost something?" [/blockquote]

"I am searching for the Superior." Lexaeus replied simply. "Marluxia has taken over the leadership of the Organization, and Xemnas was not found." The unspoken statement, 'I will find him', hung in the air around Lexaeus. His purpose would be evident to Zexion, who had known him so well.
He glanced down towards the mansion. "He found XIII here. He may have found something else significant here." Lexaeus's eyes turned back to Zexion.

Zexion formed an expression of humble surprise first, flowing into a more thoughtful pose, and then regaining his confidence. "Marluxia has taken over the organization...?" It would explain a few things that Zexion himself had not known. He'd been out of the network for so long that, some things had escaped him. He quickly began building the implications that this brought along.
"Ah, don't allow me to get in the way, Lexaeus. I wouldn't dare interrupt; however, perhaps I can be of assistance?" Producing a rose with a note wrapped around it, he tossed it to his counterpart. "Marluxia has issued a challenge to those who follow Xemnas. Perhaps Xemnas himself would show his face there. I had considered attending, but there was more pressing business to take care of first." Lexaeus caught the rose with surprising gentleness. He read it, his face going dark. "Vexen?" He finally rumbled. "Marluxia is a fool." He tossed aside the note and rose to the ground, looking up at Zexion. "Will you join me in freeing him?" He was evidently already preparing to leave, pulling the hood once more over his face.
It was a question asked for merely out of curiosity. To Lexaeus, the only reason Zexion might refuse is if he had another plan to put into action against the traitor Marluxia.
