~Character Info~
Waking up in the morning, your thoughts are cluttered. It takes a moment for you to fully become aware of your surroundings, but once you do, everything about your life comes back to you.

Physical appearance ~ : with hardened leather stylizing the top. This mail is not made of adamantine, but instead layered mithril to reduce the mail's overall weight. Again, fitted exactly for Hamlet's body, the mail is easy for him to maneuver in.
Hamlet
Height: 5'6"
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Silver
Build: Average
Hamlet is charming by first glance, whimsical in the next, and a bit coy once stared at. His looks are not vanity, but rather an unassuming awareness that he has no value for appearance being a nobody. Though somewhat of a playboy by appearance, Hamlet has a down to earth grit in his lips, hair, and oddly shiny and sparkly sweat smeared all over his body fitting for a model (joke intended). Despite being somewhat small, Hamlet's physical appearance places intrigue and suspicion in those around him; partly because Hamlet prefers mystery, and partly because he cannot help but personify a deeper, raw physicality in his nobody existence.
Clothing/Accessories ~ : The normal clothes Hamlet wears under his armor are best referred to as travel/leisure. Since his armor is on at almost all times, he wears nothing around his or on his head or arms except what best protects him.
On his shoulders he wears identical Fleur-de-lis pauldrons that attach to his armor. Each pauldron was fitted exactly fit his body and was made from a mixture of adamant, iron ore, and platinum.
For his body, Hamlet protects it by wearing black dragon decorated plate mail
Hamlet wears black boots on his feet, electing to go for speed over more armored apparel.

Alignment ~ : Neutral
Behavior ~ : Being a Nobody, Hamlet is not able to appreciate, understand, or feel expression, emotions, or what it means to have a heart. Curiously enough, he desires a heart (any heart really), which leads him to question his nature. Yet, Hamlet is ambivalent to what occurs around him. Whether something is good or bad makes no difference, he will choose which side is the strongest and best suits his needs; however, neither allegiance or honor mean anything to him in name or meaning.
As expression is a sequence of events and a stroll from point A to point B for Hamlet, its likely to seem to others that he is merely going through the "motions of things". This is untrue however, as Hamlet's sole desire to obtain a heart is his primary force of motivation. Since Hamlet resembles a mad dog longing to bite onto the bumper of a car, it's unknown what exactly he will do whence he bites said car; what's clear is that Hamlet possesses an odd quirk in a nobody that allows him to understand what power means to emotion and how "complete beings" use it for their ends.
That Hamlet has no reservation or siding does not bode well for his eventual bumper biting moment.
Having an knack for sarcasm (which is rather blunt and rude since he's not privy to other's sensitivities)and manipulating other's desires, Hamlet is to whole beings what a Succubus is to lonely, sad, crying men. Because of his blunt nature, whole beings will misinterpret this for honesty in the wrong manner rather than intent.
If Hamlet has one "love", it is the usefulness and power of mystery, something which a nobody can fully understand through questioning their nature and what "being" truly means. Actions for Hamlet, speak much louder than words.

Primary Weapon(s)
ID: Gauntlets & Grieves of the Gaoler
Quality: Average
A set of matching apparel which Hamlet uses to fight with, the gauntlets and grieves seem to have lost some of their sheen and impressiveness. The segmented and sharpened gauntlets are made of a hardened and heated adamantine, though it is clear the gauntlets are ancient. While heavy, the gauntlets are tight fitting on Hamlet's arms and spread the weight evenly, also aided by how the gauntlets sections move with his arm. Hamlet almost never takes the gauntlet's off.
Much like their upper companions, Hamlet's grieves seem to have seen better, more glorious adrenaline infused days. While somewhat stylish, they serve little use beyond shielding his legs. Rather than being made to a darker sheen, these grieves were made of a refined and cooled adamantine, allowing them to feel lighter and more comforting to the wearer's legs.
Hamlet normally never uses his grieves to attack, but rather to compliment his upper body attack focused abilities. This is the theme of his abilities, his grieves supporting the gauntlets in a variety of manners.
[/blockquote]
Secondary Weapon(s)
ID: Sealed Blade (Style of a Gladius)
Upon inspection the sheathed blade that is fastened around Hamlet's shoulders and waist, seems like a poor choice of fashion. With its pommel pointing upward behind Hamlet's head, one would think he's prone to a nasty hit if somehow Hamlet were to suffer whiplash by riding a Pride's lion or Atlantica mermaid to death; not that he has "experience" doing that sort of thing.
With a total length of 2'6", blade length of 2', and a width of 5" from each side of the hilt, Hamlet's blade is slightly but only less than substantially unimpressive. That is, until anyone but Hamlet gets near the blade. An indescribable feeling of power and repulsion can be felt from blade when anyone but Hamlet is within ten feet of it and combat is not underway.
[Plot Only]Anyone within ten feet of the blade that stares at the sheathed sword for more than an entire post will find them self transfixed on it. The effect on any individual is a sudden increase in feelings of paranoia and fear; however, the physical state of any onlooker is not altered. Should the onlooker look at the sword for another post, they will feel as though the sword is speaking to them. Once anyone has begun to hear the sword's voice, they are unable to explain to others where it comes from or why they are bothered.[/Plot Only]
If the sword is held under a "special" light, a very intricate and powerful sealing spell is revealed in a series of inscribed red glowing runes. Perhaps for this reason due to super powerful FEARFUL magical might and doom!, Hamlet does not choose to use the blade, even though he is actually more adept with swords. If anyone but he touches the blade, they will find it weighs an enormous mammoth whale of a ton and that they cannot unsheathe it. Most likely due to the sealing spell, Hamlet cannot unsheathe the blade as well. (Refer to Other section for clarification.)

AP left:0
Momentum
Hamlet's Grieves of the Gaoler activate this ability when they begin to glow white. By mental command, the ability builds up and goes away, with the glow of the grieves signaling so. Momentum affects Hamlet's speed/velocity, center of gravity, and weight/mass; with a lower center of gravity, evenly distributed weight and mass, Hamlet's rate of velocity and speed rapidly increase.
When this occurs, Hamlet builds up force through his increase in speed, much like a large boulder rolling down a mountain builds up speed while rolling down its side. This force, the max speed, maxes out at the moment at 15mph/~24KM, where Hamlet can maintain this speed for the duration of the ability. Due to his altered state during Momentum, Hamlet can maneuver and balance himself despite his speed.
It takes Hamlet one post to begin his run and another post to max out at his current speed. (Refer to Other section for clarification.)
Strength: Weak 2AP
Uses: 4 times per battle & thread, lasts for two posts, 1 post cool-down
Permafrost
When Hamlet's gauntlets turn a light blue color they emit a white mist that freezes anything inanimate it touches on contact, similar to permafrost. Should Hamlet maintain contact with that object the permafrost will rapidly freeze everything within ten feet (two turns worth of time). Once the gauntlet's return to their normal color, the permafrost ice will disappear, thus after the third turn.
The mist's reach is five feet out from Hamlet's hands and moves this distance within one post. After five feet, it dissipates.
Exemptions to being instantly frozen are articles of clothing, weapons, and living beings. It would require two turns of direct contact for any of these to be frozen.
Strength: Weak 2AP
Uses: 3 times per thread & battle, lasts three posts, two post cool-down
Magnetar Expression
Activated when Hamlet's gauntlets turn a flush of colors and his greaves glow black, the force of gravity within an eight hundred foot diameter of Hamlet is suddenly amplified. Anything caught within this zone is substantially weighed down, moving at a quarter of its original speed. All particles in this zone are suddenly denser, packed together more tightly, and exerting more force on one another (thus acceleration is affected).
Since this affects matter down to the smallest particle energy, beam, magic, spirit, etc. based attacks are slowed down as well.
Since Hamlet originated the "magnetar", he cannot introduce a new force in the area for the duration of the ability as the zone is highly unstable if changed by the creator. Thus, Hamlet can only use normal attacks and Passive abilities with this ability in use, but they must be activated beforehand. (Refer to Other section for clarification.)
Strength: Strong 6AP
Uses: Lasts 3 posts, can be used three times in battle with a two post cool-down.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Having appeared in the slums of Agrabah one dreary sand blown day, Hamlet named himself by the title he saw on the book he was carrying: "William Shakespeare's: The Tragedy of Hamlet". Unaware of exactly where he was and what he was, Hamlet wandered about in the shadows, meandering with the poor and being shunned by the rich. It was not until a random officer in the Sultan's guard spotted Hamlet and forcibly "enlisted" him that Hamlet was told he was now part of Agrabah's proud protectionary force. While in this service, Hamlet learned little to nothing interesting, only "feeling" that he was missing something essential to his being.
As time went on, Hamlet considered leaving, but without any other purpose he stayed, and much to his benefit he attended a meeting where a strangely dressed man spoke. It was not the meeting that helped Hamlet, rather it was the conversation he overheard between the strangely dressed man and an unseen individual. Following the odd man to a locked room, Hamlet overheard a conversation that talked about "other worlds" and beings called "Heartless" and "Nobodies".
Once digesting what he heard, Hamlet left, learning what was needed, but still lacking reason to care. Thinking over what he'd learned Hamlet continuously came across a word he had no understanding or meaning for:heart. The two inside referred to a heart as something special, loving, and the basis for beings. Hamlet put two and two together and realized that this heart they spoke of was something he did not have. Yet, why did he not possess one? He remembered then, Heartless and Nobody, those words differentiated beings. It had not occurred to Hamlet before that people, as they were called, acted differently than he did. He had interpreted it as their way of action. Yet, they all acted of their own volition he learned, while he, Hamlet, acted without a heart, to give him meaning, and the ability to love. Weary of having to think so much about something that was actually quite simple, Hamlet was intrigued (as a nobody can be) by how he had discovered what he left was missing in him.
Being incomplete gave him reason to leave Agrabah, now aware that he could leave, and to explore the worlds. While traveling, Hamlet learned that the book he'd been carrying was a book and he could read it, much to his "surprise". Yet, literature bothered Hamlet; why did his namesake act in such immeasurable straights? For the first time, Hamlet desired to have a heart, angered that something existed he could not understand. Despite feeling emotion, what Hamlet experienced was his first feeling of emptiness. Dropping the book, Hamlet suddenly noticed a note sticking out from the back cover. To the Beast's domain, walk among the Garden, stalk into the Town, gaze upon my crown. The rather poor riddle, if it could be considered one, did not stir Hamlet's imagination, but instead spoke to him through a familiar echo of words. Turning over the note to the other side revealed to Hamlet something quite different altogether. What he read, revealed to him that his existence, his purpose, and who his former self was. He had been carrying the answer all along.
Yet, for Hamlet the journey was about to become quite complicated. As he began to search for where to go next, he had the unfortunate luck to run into a group of people hell-bent on his end, for allegedly doing things his former self had done. Stalked throughout the worlds, Hamlet is almost always on the run, searching for the key to becoming whole again.
~Class~
Before you embark on your journey a vision comes upon you. You see three weapons in front of you.
You know that one of them must be chosen. What power will you seek?
~ A sword of terrible destruction - The power of the warrior: Invincible courage.
Warrior :: Pulse Aura
Send a pulse through your weapon that creates a brute force from any single point on your weapon with a range of a meter from that single point. This force is enough to kick an opponent backwards 5 feet, and maybe break bone, but don’t expect to burst through walls or anything. [3 time use per battle. Each pulse counts as a use.]
~Other~
By saying that Hamlet uses his gauntlet's more than his grieves means that 80%-90% of his abilities will be geared towards using the gauntlets over the grieves in an offensive manner.
The Sealed Blade is a Plot Item that's effect does not happen unless Hamlet's Plot is being explored (it will only make people uneasy unless in Plot RP); once Plot RP is explored the effect will remain but it does not alter other character's physical or mental state permanently.
Momentum assumes that any character has a top-speed they can achieve and maintain for some period of time; however, it uses that speed and augments it so Hamlet builds up force/energy in a forward motion while running. This increase of energy is a measure of increase in power while Hamlet is running.
Permafrost reaches its full range in the second turn of contact. Its current temperature is approximately 12 degrees F, or -11.1 degrees C, or 261.89 degrees K. It cannot freeze other characters as of now.
Magnetar Expression affects all compositions of matter except Hamlet when in use; similarly.
Haha, I forgot to note that I received permission from a former member to use them as the basis for this character's plot. Zis is purely for the record~
