No problem!
Also, Prythian mentioned the Live Chat to me that you guys have... which I only noticed the first time I joined the site, but left because of the reason he stated: no activity. The voice also creeped me out XD. I'm not sure if you can moderate in there-- I've never used it before, so... yeah.
IRC can be done in a way to make it like Live Chat so it's on the website and its own separate app thing. I know a couple of people who know how to do it, but I'm not sure if it can be done with this sort of site (I'm a writer, not a programmer). If not, you can still use it on Mibbit, etc, and make an FM room all the same.

The advantage ere ist going to and fro, whereas live chat features embed or built into site, slow, clunky, glitchy....etc. Might make site slower for lesser end comp's tooo. I have not encountered stalling with IRC like app's and programs, hopefully people take a look, yes?

Mozilla has a IRC add-on program that runs well on low-end computers- I used it for two years, and hadn't encountered any glaring issues. It's a simple and stable little program. I'll try and find it again.
Edit- Program is Chatzilla- not cure if it has a good staff support behind it, but it was working well when I used it.

I thought I saw it once while wandering around the Internet and I think they said the same thing that you did. I don't normally use Firefox-- it hates me, I swear-- but I'm going to play with it now and see what comes out of it.
EDIT: Okay, downloaded it and am currently playing with it. It's quite interesting, I've gotta say that. You can apparently connect to any server through it, which is good. I'm actually liking it a lot. It's just as quick as my program and it isn't laggy at all.
*stamps approval sticker on it XD*
So yeah, you can have Chatzilla too if you are a Firefox user. You just google "Chatzilla" and download the add-on, nice and simple, and it works separately from your browser.

You can just delete the topic-- I tried to, but I could only delete the top post (obviously). I can't see this idea working here-- did a little research, and I don't think html can be put on a free site, which is what you need if you want the actual thing embedded in the site. Sorry for all of this. ):
