The world was dark, so very, very dark. For them, it was there world. Not the realm of light, not quite the realm of darkness, yet it wasn’t nothingness either, it was simply something, and that was all they knew. Suddenly a giant white glyph appeared in their eternal darkness, their eyes turning to it, but looking away just as quickly, their minds simple and basic, uninterested after a mere moment, even though a single old memory burned in them, whispering in their minds, recalling the Glyph of the Antiforms… Slowly the symbol began to open, revealing an even brighter light beyond it, though none spread out from it. One of the closer creatures turned its eyes towards it and peered outwards, slowly crawling through it as more and more looked at it, following the first one out. Staring at the surroundings, the creatures growled softly, examining it, not for its strange beauty, but for beings to kill and devour. Looking in front of them, they saw two warriors standing before them. Even though the creatures themselves were probably larger, the feeling of pure power emanating from them demanded their attention. “Go.” Demanding one of them, pointing high up behind them. “Fight them, kill them, do what you Husks do best.” Screaming loudly in what could only be called joy, the creatures rushed across the chasm, jumping onto the walls and crawling up quickly, their roars and calls resounding throughout the world. As the first one peered over the top, spotting the houses and people staring at the cliff’s edge, its instincts kicked in and forced it to run in a sprint, drool flying from its fangs as it got onto its back legs, stabbing its claws into one male and throwing him back, turning around and hitting another one, roaring loudly as more and more of its brethren charged past him, swarming the entire town… The Husks would feed… Posting Order: 1: Husks 2: 3: 4: 5: 6: 7:

A warrior now lonesome, and without much emotion walked across the bustling streets of Radiant Garden. The world was at one time known as Hollow Bastion, a breeding ground for Heartless. The forces of Maleficent, Ansem, and the others were known to anybody who lived here. They had cowered in fear, and run away from there own home because of the ever-growing darkness. However, hope existed even in the dark times this world had once known.
A young boy wielding nothing but the strange weapon called a keyblade had liberated Hollow Bastion with help from his friends. With darkness gone the world had grown peaceful, and once again proudly bore the name, Radiant Garden.
Of course the "darkness" saw fit to change this. Its tendrils creeping out of portals, rending flesh from bone. This new darkness was more dangerous than the last. More bloodthirsty, and violent. The true purpose of it was unknown. Whatever the case, Zoreaster knew it must be stopped.
To protect people was his goal. Nothing more. He wouldn't be classified as good because of his rude nature and unwillingness to even say one word. His mind had been hazy for too long causing this attitude. Still his sense of justice never went away. In fact it strengthened leaving the other emotions weak, and powerless.
Justice would in fact be needed a great deal today. For in every direction crawled drooling, savage beasts terrorizing and even killing the locals of Radiant Garden. Just now a man in front of Zoreaster had been stabbed by one of the vile creatures. The shear nerve of these monsters to try and plunge this world back into darkness was unthinkable. "Looks like I've got to take out the trash", said Zoreaster drawing his large sword. The darkness would be dealt with by means of force. Reason wasn't something these creatures had ever heard.
With these beings everywhere it was impossible for him to kill all of them. For once in his dreary life he had a small hope that more people would come to help him out. However, now wasn't the time for thoughts of hope he had to annhilate these creatures by any means necessary.
He started off making a hard slash at the creature who had stabbed the man in front of him moments prior. Zoreaster didn't check to see if it was dead before making a hard thrust at one of the monsters running by him. His joints were a little stiff from sleeping on hard cold ground so accuracy wasn't exactly being that friendly towards him. Fortunately he had a good deal of armor so any kind of counterattack these creatures dealt wouldn't do a great deal of damage.
"There's so many though. Its going to take much might to keep from being swarmed. Heh...better stop bitching. It's not like me." He made a very slight smirk at this as he prepared for the worst. The pitch black pupil-less eyes had a determination to survive somewhere in them. It was up to Zoreaster to keep that determination burning and alive.

Oh how this place was boring to the chocolate orbs of a girl. Radiant Garden, Hollow Bastion, whatever this place was called did not go well with her interest. Eh, whatever, for all she knew she could've found herself in this very world years before hand.
"How dull," she complained out loud. The thought of this place being attacked had yet to cross her mind, since this place was already been saved once...then again, she cared not to think of it.
Her thoughts on how dull this world were shot down within and instant of a symbol making itself away into the sky. Arching a brow, she was not expecting that in the next moment, this world would be struck with such beings she had yet laid her eyes upon. For this is where an attack would be held, and it would kill just as much as any plague would. The joys.
She could hardly believe it. Forms slowly came seeping out of the symbol placed in the sky itself, completely making herself never saying a world was dull anymore. A gulp escaped her lips as she felt her legs almost give in.
Screams of people echoed though the town's streets. These cries could only mean death, or clearly noted, the extreme fear that was within the hearts of the folks here. She found herself rushing against any crowd possible to for see what they were running from.
Big mistake. Orbs grew wide upon seeing several people being strike down massive beats that were swarming the very town before her. Within a split second later, she found herself holding out her both her prized possessions: Sakura and Ume. A quick jerk of her hands both hands were both puppets under her command. Her smirk played a part on her face, already ready to hold back any attacks, though making any necessary movements allowed herself to do the basic guarding abilities.
"Oh~!" she exclaimed."The fun this world now is~!" Yet her face knew no sign of excitement, only prepared with such determination. This was not a fight to be taken as a game, but merely as a way of survival.

Walking along the stone cobble streets of Radiant Garden, a dark colored figure strode along. Her hair was a blackish grey and hung down in her face slightly. She continued to walk along withoput a care in the world. Her bright green eyes scaled the entire city streets, she had come here looking for someone name Lisa McDowell. However, she hadn't seen or heard of such a beast since she had arrived here. Her mind was made up to find and kill this being she was looking for, but alas she couldn't find a single trace of her.
Millery found herself coming closer to a cliff, in which had a peaceful apparatus. Until, these creatures appeared behind her. Where did they come from? What were they? She wanted to know. However, she felt great fear coming from these beasts. She stood there awaitning for the beasts to finally emerge. Her black elegante dress bellowed gently in the calming breeze that blew by. The Coffin she had attached to her back swayed slightly as well. While she waited, she began to luagh a little.
A large smirk came across her face, in which was odd for her; she hardly ever showed any emotions. As the beasts finally emerged, the Coffin's chambers opened. Inside the two chambers were the fabled 'Cerberus', or rather the 'Right Head' and the 'Left Head.' Two massively large black hand guns with a white and red cross on both of them. She held her right hand ubove her, and her left down at her side, grasping the handles of Cerberus she then twirled the guns around and placed them in front of her.
Her head was slightly tilted to the left now, with both arms crossed over the other; each holding a Hand Gun. She wanted to have fun now, besides these creatures were a threat to villagers of this city. how odd? Millery Graive, helping without being paid to do so. Or even having a certain interests of her own involved? She had none. No reason to help, but she decided to do so anyways.
[Hope that was long enough ^_^]

It was in such a place as Hallow Bastion that Auron could usually be found. He knew far to well that here was a place where a guardian would always be needed. It was this that made the place one of his favorite haunts.
As usual nothing had happened yet, then again on most days very little did besides the occasional heartless. It was only when Auron noticed the masses of people all halted in their tracks and staring at the same point in the sky that he realized that the day may be more eventful than he had expected. Eventually, Auron to began to gaze at the heavens.
A white glyph shone above, glowing as bright as a second sun, though it did not seem to give any of this light to the world below. Nothing happened for a few moments, but Auron, along with many of the townsfolk couldn't help but watch in both awe and anticipation. Soon, Auron noticed something emerge from within the glyph and it was soon joined by what seemed like many more. He still couldn't make out exactly what they were.
As they began to approach, it became apparent that they were not human, every one of the few that headed this direction seemed to run on four legs. The townsfolk became uneasy, and their nerves were soon justified, one of the monsters pouncing at a man and quickly bringing an end to their story. As the crowd broke into a riot, each and every one of them running for the safety of their homes, Auron knew. As a guardian, he had a job to do.
He readied his blade, drawing it from the harness attached to his back and resting it across both his shoulders as he often done. The creatures seemed to have ignored him for now, perhaps because he was already dead? It didn't matter, he still had to do his part to stop them. He hoped he would not be the only one fighting ad that the townsfolk themselves would put up some sort of fight. His eyes returned once again to the glyph above. He could only hope the flood of these creatures would not last.

Angelous appeared in Radient Garden and began to walk around. "Man this place has really improved since its days as Hollow Bastion. It no longer has that dreadful name, but the name it originally had, Radient Garden. Thanks to Sora and his friends, whatever held this place in the darkness is gone, and now it has returned to the light, as have its inhabitants. The reconstruction had already taken long enough, but then the heartless attacked at the bailey, or great maw so now its going to take even longer to rebuild. And this time, I will help as much as possible." Angelous said this to himself and then he saw something out of the corner of his eye, something that he knew was going to mean trouble, and he was going to have to help. He just hoped that he'd get something in return for doing so, unlike the other times he helped someone. Then again he had left before he could get a reward. He decided to help. Angelous drew his sword and headed straight for some nearby monsters. He began to transform, his pitch-black wing coming out of his back on the right side returned. As did his red eye, which was originally green. His teeth and fingernails grew in length and sharpness. He jumped into the air and landed in the middle of some of these monsters. He slashed at one, and then another, hoping that in this state, they would fall faster than if he wasn't. He swung his sword as another monster jumped at him, and clawed at another that bit him on the left leg. He screamed in agony. Blood trickled down his left leg, from the new wound. They started to close the space between him. He figured he was as good as dead.

If a watcher were to be placed over Radiant Garden and mark the Husks red and the fighters blue, he would see a pretty unfair fight. If he were to look closer, however, they would see five red dots running away from one blue dot. An interesting event, to say the least. If the watcher would observe for a little while longer, he would see the red dots wink out, one by one.
Samuel Samash hadn't originally planned on getting involved in this fight, but then he remembered what the goals of the organization he had joined were. To protect the innocent and those in need. Five minutes ago he had found ten Husks attacking a crowd of children with their families. Now he was getting bloody furious. Even the survivors of the Husk attacks were running away from the monster with chains protruding from its skin.
The Husks turned back when they found two more of their numbers, thinking they could overpower the fanged thing, but they were wrong. As soon as they came into view, a multitude of chains and wires shot towards them, killing two of them by ripping them to pieces but narrowly missed the rest. Samuel ran towards them with inhuman speed, imitating their four-legged loping run. One of them lunged, but Samuel jumped over it in a helix, reaching out towards its back with a chain link ending in a razor-sharp spike, tearing a deep gash down it's back and covering Samuel's right arm in blood. Chains also shot from his feet, tearing deep wounds into one's side and ripping out another's throat, bringing a spray of blood that Samuel seemed to enjoy immensely. The short loss of focus due to the blood gave the remaining two monsters a chance to attack, one of them biting deeply into Samuel's right shoulder , snapping him back to reality, and the other making a shallow cut on his left arm due to Samuel moving slightly out of its path but being hampered by the other thing that was now trying to chew his arm off.
Chains quickly shot out from Samuel's upper-right arm that wrapped around the thing's head and crushed it before more chains appeared to do the same to the other monster. The fight was over, for now, but Samuel had to stop the bleeding quickly or he would die. The shallow cut on his left arm had regenerated to the size of a paper cut, but the regenerative effect of the stimulant in his blood could only lessen the bleeding of his shoulder slightly along with regenerating snapped tendons and ripped muscles, allowing Samuel to regain the use of his arm.
As Samuel calmed down, his fangs retreated and his eyes returned to normal, allowing him to think rationally again. Quickly running into the nearest house, Samuel rummaged around for about five minutes until he located a first-aid kit. Taking out some bandages, Samuel ripped off his left sleeve and placed it over the wound on his shoulder and bandaged it. The sleeve would absorb most of the blood and the bandages would keep it pressed against his shoulder until the bleeding stopped. Taking a moment to rest up, Samuel headed back into the carnage of the city.

r to Roaring loudly as one of the beasts tackled a man, its jaws wide in a scream before it jerked forward, biting hard into the fighter’s throat and ripping it out, silencing him forever as blood ran down its chin, chewing hard and swallowing quickly before a noise reached its ears, others following. It was screaming, but not the screaming of the humans they were preying upon, no, it was the scream of their brethren. The Husk barely knew this, if it wasn’t for their constant time together, they would never have been able to tell the difference, but they could, and it caught their attention like no other. Dozens of the Husks turned towards the screams, spotting warriors who possessed greater powers than the other protectors of the town. They were killing other Husks, they were actually managing to hold their own against them and slaughter their own kind. While many would think the killing of their “family” would matter to them, it did not. It was the prospect of a strong will, of a strong heart, the prospect of livelier and tastier flesh… Rearing back and stretching up to their full height, some 6 foot, some 7, some even 9 or higher, they began to roar loudly, preparing for their meal. And then it began… Pushing off with their legs, four of them made their way towards a large human clad in armor, the first one to reach him lunging into the air and coming down on top of him from behind, its fangs bared and ready to take his spine from his body. The next to approach went directly to his front, aiming to tackle him with its shoulder as the third jumped from the side and latched onto his right arm, roaring loudly as its back legs dug hard into his sides, the monster’s mouth biting at his armor, wondering what sort of strange skin covered his meal. The final beast was much more sneaky, coming from behind as well, but ducking low, crawling along the ground as he waited for an opening… Five Husks turned towards a group of three girls, growling loudly as they slowly circled them. Two smelled…wrong…compared to the third, who reeked of fresh meat, even though all three looked very tempting… Two of the beasts swiftly ran forward, growling loudly as they lunged for the girl in dark red, another one aiming for the one clad in violet, rearing up on its back legs as it aimed its clawed hand for her chest. The last pair of beasts trusted their other senses and moved for the cloaked girl behind them, rushing her from the sides as they lunged for her, roaring with saliva filled mouths, hungry for the blood they smelled rushing through her… Three fiends closed in on a strange girl with a large box, growling and roaring, their eyes dimming as they seemingly focused in on her just before taking off, their feet hitting the ground hard with each impact, pushing off and soaring through the air as it latched onto the mysterious box, biting it as its allies charged her side and front, the side one pushing off onto its front legs, looming from above at a full 8 foot height as its clawed hand reached for her throat, attempting to shove her down as the front one jumped forward, its claws ready to dig into her shoulders and rip her arms off… Four monsters surrounded a man who reeked of death, growling as they approached him, two from the front, two from the back. Hunkering down, leaning close to the ground as they scowled, the back pair made the first move, roaring as they charged the man, attempting to ram their shoulders into him as the frontal creatures moved as well, running at the being, but stopping just short of him, rearing up and slashing at him with their claws, intending to impale him as their brethren impacted… Five watched as a wounded, winged, fighter looked between them, fangs bared in what could only be called smiles. They attacked swiftly and without mercy, one from each side of him, jumping for him, the back pair aiming for his legs once more, nearly fighting for the blood that leaked from them, the side pair aiming for his arms, hoping he would defend himself for the chance to bite at their stretched muscles, and the front beast jumping for his chest, his beating heart the goal… Ten monstrosities awaited the strange chained being who had momentarily retreated. They watched the door he had gone in, four Husks on top of the roof, awaiting his exit, quickly leaping down once he had emerged, their fangs ready to tear into his shoulders, their clawed hands and feet extended to grab onto his limbs and rip them free of his body. The other six hid in shadows around his sanctuary, waiting, waiting, waiting, until finally he appeared. Roaring loudly, they flung their arms forward, their hands extending quickly, growing to over 15 feet long and latching onto the human’s arms and legs, gripping tightly and tearing into his flesh as they retracted themselves like a grappling hook, the six reeling towards him with their gnashing teeth, their legs pushing off hard with every step they could manage, trying to increase their speed, decrease the time till they tasted flesh… I won‘t make any specific order, but I will say this…

By now quite a few people had joined the fight against this new evil. They looked strong enough to hold their own, but Zoreaster doubted their integrity. These beasts were everywhere. They clung to the sides of buildings, latched themselves onto pedestrians, and fighters alike, and tore off flesh from bone. Compassion or any friendly emotion was foreign to these things. In fact the nerve of these monsters was astounding.
Peace had reigned over Radiant Garden for only a few months only to have cruel demons such as these shatter it. It was enough to make any normal human cry. Of course Zoreaster was far from normal. He classified himself as a monster, an abomination, a freak. Even so, he had to use his inhuman powers for good, and to protect himself. For the hoard was fast approaching, craving his succulent flesh.
At this point in the fight, Zoreaster had wounded or perhaps killed two of the creatures. He hadn't taken the time to check as too many of the things were running around at once. Unfortunately for him four of them were now coming towards him. The first to attack came at him from behind latching on to Zoreaster's back. The force of the monster trying to dig his claws into hard armor had actually pushed down on one knee. He struggled trying to shake the thing off before it could take a bite at his neck. Of course as soon as began to stand up another one shoved him hard with its shoulder. These beasts were incredibly tenacious.
It wasn't long after the second beast nearly sent Zoreaster tumbling to the ground, till a third one grabbed onto his arm. Immediately it used its legs to dig into his sides where the armor didn't protect him. He could feel the flesh slowly being dug out. Something had to be done fast.
With no other bright ideas, Zoreaster slammed himself hard onto the ground crushing the creature clawing at his back. It scrambled trying to get up, but the warrior just pressed his back harder against the ground. He was about to use his sword on the other beast clinging to his arm only to find it had been knocked out of his hand without him noticing. It wasn't exactly a suprise though. The creatures had attacked him with such force, his sword was bound to drop. Luck wasn't on his side today.
With no other weapons on him, Zoreaster pounded the thing on his arm with his large but bony fist. It squealed a bit, but trying to hit the thing without a gauntlet or something protective on was basically useless. In fact, Zoreaster had hurt himself more doing that. His skin on his fist was raw and torn. Each finger seemed to be covered in cuts and blood. Punching the beast wasn't one of his better ideas.
"Ugh, guess I'll just choke the bastard!" Using his legs the tall man miraculously grabbed the long neck of the second beast and began to squeeze hard. His arms were mostly free so he grabbed the neck firmly forcing the neck to bend towards its back. The creature squealed in agony until a loud crack was heard. It had ceased clawing and squirming altogether. As for as Zoreaster knew, the beast was dead. Of course he had three other to worry about.
Shortly after the disposal of the second creature the first one had begun to struggle even more. With two other beasts circling him the best he could do was a mad dash to his sword which lay not six feet from where he lay. At once he got himself up now feeling the intense pain coming from his right side. A chunk of flesh was torn out, and the bleeding showed no signs of stopping anytime soon.
Doing his best to ignore the pain, Zoreaster kicked off of the creature that had been struggling to get out from under his back. He had stumbled a bit getting to the sword, but eventually grabbed its smooth hilt from the gray city street.
Murderous intent now rested in Zoreaster's eyes. These monsters had nearly driven him to death, but no more. The blade he held was surrounded by lightning, the symbol of his anger. Eventually he raised it up into the air sending a bolt upwards towards the sky. By now the first creature showed signs of getting up. The other were most likely getting ready to pounce.
Suddenly an enormous thunderstorm was raging in the sky. The clouds began to grow dark and the shape of a brilliant golden horse began to prance out of them. Immediately it galloped down to earth on a road of lightining. The horse showed no signs of slowing down, and then it hit. With incredible energy the attack directed itself at the remaining creatures.
The impact of the attack known as "Ixion's Bolt" formed a giant spire of lightning energy that went nearly twenty feet into the sky. The area where, Zoreaster had stood basically erupted causing enormous trouble for anyone caught in the blast. Even after the center of the attack diminished, streams of lightning ran down the surrounding area shocking everything it touched. The attack was incredibly dangerous, but, in Zoreaster's mind, necessary to eliminate the enemy.
"Hopefully that finishes those bastards off", said Zoreaster now spitting a mixture of saliva and blood onto the ground. "I don't think I can last more than twenty minutes even if I just keep fighting these things one on one. My wounds need to be healed..huff...and fast." He had no time right now to worry about the other's the short pause from the battle was needed in order to keep him alive for a little while longer.

What a shame, really, that this place had not hope...yet again. Maybe it was just another stroke a bad luck for this place? Maybe the worlds were slowly telling them, one by one, to give up any such luck on living ever again. For it seems that this world was slowly loosing it's existence toward ever being itself again. Oh well, what a pity.
Chocolate orbs had little time to scan all the battle field, before already noting that the whole world became their feasting grounds. And it was just her luck to be in such a world in the first place, oh the joys of her life. Such strange beings, that simply tore at flesh and bone like it they were just mere paper. Clearly hard enough opponents to survive against, mainly thanks to their numbers.
Another quick survey after the air had sifted around her form. Five Husks had found themselves in circling her, already smelling her down as another tasty meal. Ha, well this meal will give a fight alright...just like several others that were already in the mists of their own battles. And yet, there was already a smell of blood floating though the air. How quick blood was to be shed in this battle.
Orbs widen with a quick reaction, hands jerking upon nearly invisible strings. Sakura was instantly pulled free, though still not safe from the ever-so hungry beasts. A hand moved quickly, as if she were playing a mere Cat and Mouse game with the puppet...this only buying her time to attempt to free the other puppet from a furious attack.
Another wrist movement, Ume was jolted back..but not fast enough. Sound of splintering wood echoed through-out the area at once, ever being silenced. Few kunais were thrown from the damaged puppet, as if it were still clinging to life itself. A movement founded this puppet back against its master, bits of pieces falling at it's chest. A frown appeared on the other girl's face..though it did not last long.
For that was when the other pair attacked, aiming for any flesh they could rip from her own body. A flick of a wrist, send the puppet in red to fly back, with the others still attacking her so...this ability, why, she was merely making them play a game until one got hurt. Well, maybe three for the matter. Since she allowed her puppet to move ever swiftly, allowing the two chasing to run into the thrid...much like a car would hit a road block. Hopefully enough to 'daze' them for a bit.
A yelp escaped her lips. Eyes tightly woven shut for the next server pain coursing though-out her arm. Instantly, Ume fell limp from the strings becoming loose. An eye-lid peeked open, ever slowly, to see her left arm bleeding already. So much blood, not wanting to stop. Her orbs traveled to the creature...it appeared as if it were ready to gnaw on her. Already, her silk cloak was seeping red, and already it was beginning to shred under the creature's mouth.
"Oh, hell no," she gasped out ever slowly. Her other arm twitching up Sakura ever so. Several razor sharp petals had found its target, automatically making the Husk release its precious meat. Ume twitched as strings were re-attached, though the movements were rough...no where near smooth. Though the puppet managed weakly to throw out several shuriken at the remaining beast, only enough for the master to back away from being encircled again.
A rash exhale came, this wound was already bad. And it would only become worse without any quick treatment, she had to move fast. She had to get within a group...her orbs caught notice of a strange type of an attack. The sky had changed its color, and already she wondered. Though there was no time for that, she prepared herself again...even if her arm was already aching to give in.

Millery looked around for a moment to notice the blood spurts of innocent victims, and she also managed to see some of the others able to old their own. She figured it was time to start some blood shed of her own. The beast were built large and bulky, with a sense of what seem to be primal instincts. Or at least this is what she thought to her self.
Upon glaring back at the others, then finalizing her stare back at the entrance of the beasts. Without hesitation she began to fire upon the on coming beasts. She was targeting a large number of them, considering she was so close to their point of entrance. She continually fired upon the creatures. The bullets fired from the two guns would only leave a mark on the beasts. They were indeed very tough skinned.
Upon firing the two pistols, she caught the attention of three other beasts who had managed to get out of the entrance without much of a mark on them. Their were so many coming from this entrance. What are they? Where'd they come from? This are the question that ran through her head constantly. However, as of the current moment, she decided to not worry about it.
"Hello, my darlings..." she said as she fired her guns towards the beasts coming towards her.
Three of these monstousities managed to get closed enough to harm her. The first beast attached itself hard tot he Coffin she carried upon her back. She began to knock it around a while, but she noticed two more coming her way. Since, the one on her back was only being a nuissance at the moment, she focused most of her attacks upon the others.
One beast came up to her side and leaped up and through the air. Placing both guns erect she pelleted the beast more then twenty times, yet it still looked alive. As it fell upon her, it grasped her neck and tried to strangle her. She managed to point one of her guns up to its neck. Pulling the trigger, blood splitted outwards toward the other beast. She had managed to hit the other, that was on her back, in the center of its forehead.
She stood up from the two beasts, and pushed theirs body weights off of her. The blood smeared all along her left arm and pistol. Upon standing once more, a third beast came frolicking towards her with its claws and teeth; slinging saliva from its mouth. As came closer, she pulled the triggers repeatedly hitting it several times. Following it as it moved along with her pistols. When it had gotten close enough, she swung around with her Coffin. The Coffin knocked the massive beast to the ground, and she pulled the triggers once more.
She began to walk to away and start killing off the rest of them, but alas. It was not over yet. The beast with bullet in its forehead managed to stand back up. Growling at her, the beast began to shake and twitch as it stood. They were indeed Primal, but they were also relentless. It began to run towards her. Placing her Guns to her side, she crouched down on one knee and placed her Coffin to her right side. As the beast ran, its body began to get rippled with bullets at a fast rate. However, this did not stop the creatures momentum. The bullets stopped, and the beast was latched over her left shoulder.
She stood up and slide her Coffin to her back. Her neck and left shoulder was now bleeding. She turned towards the rest of them and began to walk slowly towards them. However, she would think more before an onsluaght occurred again. These beasts were massively large, and were quite the bit of a brute.

The creatures had noticed him at last, apparently also noticing a number of other warriors also determined to fight the invaders. He hoped each of them could hold their own as, for now, Auron would be engaged in battle with the two monsters that had chose him as their prey. Each stood several feet higher than him, apparently abandoning the use of their front two limbs.
Each of the pair dived forward, treacherously hooked claws bared. Auron leaped back, almost laughing at the simplicity of the attack, but the moment lost it's hilarity as he collided with what he soon realized was another beast. They were as cunning as they were dangerous.
As his body flew through the air, ready to fall into what may as well have been a bed of nails, Auron knew he would have to react quickly. Regaining control of the free-fall he was in, he thrust his blade behind him, spinning his sword at as high a speed he could. It only took a few seconds to create the vortex of wind needed, which was lucky as a few seconds more would have proved fatal. The sudden gust of wind carried Auron forward faster than before, the blade acting as a sort of propeller, slashing all in his path including the two creatures who screamed as their skin was pierced.
Thankfully has escape had worked, the added bonus was having all three creatures infront of him and with several feet between them. Now he just needed a way of taking the offense. Well that or run, though he knew he would never be able to bring himself to do it unless the situation was truly dire.
One of the beasts charged again, apparently more desperate for a kill than the other two. Auron met it head on, swinging his blade up towards it's exposed neck. He continued running forward, not needing to look back to be sure the creature was dead. His attention was now on the other two, who he was still wary of. Unlike the heartless he was accustomed to fighting, these creatures seemed intelligent and also, capable of acting as one.
As Auron drew close to the creatures they dispersed, two clambered atop adjacent buildings, watching him as they stood sentinel. The other, which was one of the two that had been injured by his attack earlier, leaped back several feet. He rushed and slashed at it once again, crushing the stone pavement upon the collision of his sword and the floor. As he had expected, the creature had retreated again. He had also anticipated the move that followed, his other two foes joining the fray once more. He once again swung his blade towards them, cleaving one in half and removing the others bottom legs.
Thankfully, only one remained, but by now it would be wary. He jumped through the air, sword raised above his head, before plunging it down through the floor. As he landed the beast side-stepped the attack and took the opportunity to take a swipe at Auron's chest, it's claws tearing at his coat and leaving large cuts. Fortunately, it was blissfully unaware of what he'd done, as it retreated again. Once landed though, it took only moments for it to realize it's mistake, though those moments proved to have been vital. An explosion of fire erupted from the floor, burning the creature as it attempted to leap away.
Two creatures had been killed and the others left in such a state that they would probably die soon. He turned himself to the other fighters around him, all five seemed to be coping all right. He stood and began to walk closer to the ensuing battles, clutching his chest as he went. He had enough strength to fight left in him yet, atleast for a little while, but soon the loss of blood would force him to lose consciousness and eventually, die. He still needed to help and also to protect though, no matter the cost.

Angelous jumped into the air and yelled, "Anyone going to help me? I could use it!" He figured no one would be able to right away, but he had to try. As he came down a strong gust of wind blew, causing him to go to the left. He landed about ten feet away from these strange creatures. He jumped back about ten more feet. Some of the creatures that were attacking defenseless people turned their attention to him. They leaped at him, and just before they reached him, he ducked, causing them to colide. As they hit each other, he slashed up, killing both of the creatures. He rolled to the right to avoid another one, and killed it with a slash. He started slowing down, started losing conciousness. Things got blurry and he started to miss the creatures every now and then. He took a look and saw in addition to his bleeding leg, his left arm was bleeding pretty badly. Then it hit him, these creatures reminded him of what took Sora, Kairi, and the King, and possibly even Riku. This angered him. They were the only ones who could tell him about Castle Oblivion, who would tell him about it. Blood was trickling down his face, his x shaped scar had been reopened. He could hardly see anymore. He closed his eyes, and began to accept his fate, his death. Then he sensed it. A dark aura coming at him. He dodged, and opened his eyes. It was another creature. He then realized he could fight using his abilitiy to sense auras, something he never thought of before. He closed his eyes, and dodged as three of them pounced at him. He slashed at them as they soared in front of him, and they were dead. He jumped into the air, and used gravity magic once more. It killed three of these monsters, these creatures. He landed, and dodged another one, but not by much, so it scratched him. He cried out in pain. He then realized he was near someone with an unusual aura, it wasn't good nor evil, but it was that of someone who was dead. "So it looks like we need to fight together now." Angleous said. Angelous jumped at a group of creatures, who jumped back. After he did this, he realized what a mistake this was. The creatures began to pile up on top of him. He was covered in about 50 of them. He began to think this was the end, that he was going to die, when all of the sudden, they went flying and disappeared. He was then standing in a crater about 20 feet deep. He was breathing heavily, gasping for air. He knew realized that if he didn't do something soon, he was dead. He jumped back to the person he was near, a man. "I need your help."

If those monsters had been perfectly in sync, Samuel would have been dead. One of the things jumped only a second before the others, ripping its fangs into his wounded shoulder, shredding the bandages and inflicting new wounds on his legs. Samuel's body acted purely out of instinct and shot various chains into the thing's body. When he looked up to see where it came from, he saw three others heading straight down towards him, descending with guttural cries and roars. Samuel only had time for one furious thought. 'AMBUSH!?'
Jumping back swiftly to avoid the monsters, various chains extended from Samuel's back as a beastly grin came upon his face. Almost hissing, he said his first words during this entire confrontation. "So you want to play?" With that, the three ambushing monsters were impaled by three of the chains that had previously appeared on Samuel's back. He was about to grin, but let out a strangled scream as six, no, twelve clawed hands latched on to his arms and legs, squeezing until he was certain he felt his bones creak. Joy of victory was replaced with surprise which was in turn replaced with panic as he saw six of the demons advance quickly towards him.
Concocting a hasty plan, Samuel flooded the beasts' arms with wires and chains that flowed quickly along their long limbs and into their bodies where they worked quickly to turn the monsters' insides into what could possibly be described as 'slush'. As the beast's grips relaxed and dropped away, Samuel knew that it was already too late. he was certain his left leg was broken and his right shoulder was useless. That last bite had probably ripped out a piece of his neck and he tasted blood in his mouth. His blood, no doubt, it tasted sour. His body was already working feverishly to repair the damage, but the stimulant only allowed for minor regeneration. He swallowed as a single tear flowed from his eye. He couldn't die now. He had work to do, people to protect.
To his surprise, he felt the pain recede. He supposed that it was just due to his body shutting down, but when he tried moving, he found that his right arm could move. Looking at his shoulder, he could see that the muscles had regenerated. Even some of the skin! When he tried moving his other limbs, however, the pain came flooding back with so much force it pushed out another tear, making him swallow again. He could move! The pain had receded quite a bit and his shoulder had almost completely regenerated and his flesh wounds were now smaller! After thinking about it for some time, he tried swallowing the remaining blood that had welled up in his throat and watched in awe as he saw his neck and wounds regenerate completely along with his leg and arm muscles cramping and moving in order to set the broken bones and heal them! His blood had regenerative powers!
Standing up, Samuel moved into the building. Even though he had regenerated, some of his muscles were slow to respond, making his movements sluggish. He let himself fall on the floor where he calmed down and rested, trying to digest this new information. He knew the things were cunning, now, and would be ready for ambush around every corner. Maybe he should move to the rooftops?

In each respective area, each Husk had been defeated. Some lie injured on the ground, soon to die as they gasped for breath through bloodied throats. The dead ones dissolved in shows of light as the severely injured ones used what little strength they had left to attempt to crawl toward fresh flesh. This would end soon, though, for death crept around the corner for them. The other Husks that lurked within the shadows stared at their brother Husks, their large eyes could have been mistaken for sympathetic, but that was far from what they felt.
Two Husks leapt out for Zoreaster, the first one grabbing its brother by the leg and pulling it back behind it so that it may get the first bite, the first taste of meat. It tackled Zoreaster's torso in an attempt to bring him to the ground and make the kill quicker. The second Husk elongated its neck to full extent, aiming to chomp his throat with savagery as its body ran faster to keep up with the neck.
A single Husk, smaller than the rest who seemed to not care much for the young girl, ran forward with great speed. Its claws were stretched out as its mouth drooled hungrily. The smaller size of the creature, as compared to the large size of the other Husks, proved to be a great improvement upon its speed. It ran forward quickly as it lowered its shoulder to ram the girl. A larger Husk looked sideways as the smaller one roared. The larger one abandoned its half-eaten meal and ran toward the young woman. This would be an easy steal from the small Husk.
The one called Millery was attacked next. Three fellow Husks that had been prowling on the rooftop of a near building jumped down upon her, surrounding her. For a moment, the Husks gaped with open mouths, staring in awe. Then, two leaped for her arms as the third jumped for her heart with drool racing along the side of its chin.
The three Husks that leaped for Auron out of the shadows grabbed at his clothing as his swift movements shook them off easily. Their large eyes examined his figure as they continuously leaped for him and missed their target until finally, all three of them stood on their hind legs, standing at at least seven and a half feet tall. They lumbered forward, arms raised high as they all swung down from different angles to crush their prey.
Angelous, from behind, was siezed by the arms by one especially large Husk. This one stood at almost nine feet tall as it dragged him by the arms, other Husks chasing his dragging legs so that they might be the first to sink their fangs into ripe skin and muscle. One extended its arms, trying to separate the legs from the hip sockets of Angelous if it could only grab him. That's when several of the ones who were chasing him broke away from the small group as they spotted Samuel. There were four in total that tried for Samuel, running at full speed as they opened their large jaws large enough to squash his head. Two dove for his tender legs as the other two continued to run forward, stomping over their bretheren for the grand prize...blood.
