Hehehehe.... quest time! Welcome to Castle Oblivion, home to memories lost and recent, fond or dangerous. Also known to house a few interesting card battles. Go figure. I won't be dropping too much quest-wise... but here's what I will say: 1. There's a decent chance your character will die. [Read as: 60-ish%] UA, this ain't. Go big, or go home. 2. Attack cards and the like won't be used for battles. [insert collective sigh of relief here] No need to worry about sleights. 3. Cards will be used in other manners. Hint hint nudge nudge. 4. Reaction Commands will be included at random intervals. 5. Don't be surprised if anything looks familiar. 6. Don't be surprised if something looks different. 7. Your character might walk away from this with major psychological changes. You've been warned. 8. PRIZE(S)! This Quest should last a pretty long time. Expect an impressive reward designed specifically for your character. Needing three peoples, all very active! On Deck characters don't need to follow the 3 RP rule. A completely new character could apply for an On Deck role. NOTE: On Deck roles don't receive the major prizes. You will instead receive munny, and depending on how gosh darn good your RPing is and how long you stay in the quest (something I determine) you might get a prize of sorts. No guarantees. And even if 3 people apply, I'll keep applications open. THIS MEANS THAT PEOPLE WHO DON'T POST WITHIN A WEEK OF IT BEING THEIR TURN GET TURNED INTO GOO BY A BIG FOOT HEARTLESS. [read: kicked out. In, in, TOTALLY in! I've been hoping to use Castle Oblivion as a handy plot device to bring a couple of Magus' existence fragments back together -- namely Knowledge and Memory -- and this is a golden opportunity. Name: Nascent Character Name: Janus "Magus" Zeal Character Profile: [HERE]Comments: Character is a Fragmented Nobody. 'Will' is the Magus I RP as; 'Knowledge' is that voice that sometimes echoes through his head. 'Memory' is a small purple cat (in the image of his childhood pet, Alfador). The whereabouts of 'Power' and any other Aspect Fragments are not yet known (saving them for muuuuuuch later).

Rocket did an interview. If Rocket can't do a good quest, Rocket loses QM position. BTW, no one else can be interviewed for this position right now, from what I understood when I talked to Prythian about it. This way those who run auditions such as myself or Medy, have a chance to become QM.
I'd join up Rocket, but alas even though I have Weiss, I have not rp'd with him yet.[/color]

You're very right: I went about the interview route. You wouldn't believe how nerve-wracking it was... No offence Pryth!
And you're also correct about the quest. If this one dies, or goes unfinished, I'll be asked to pull the bars off.
...okay, they'd do it and say, "Sorry, maybe next time!"
Technically, you'll end up doing the quest and the interview, no matter what. If you pass the quest thing, for example, and went and did nothing or started copping an attitude (or other objectionable behavior, to quote every authority figure in existence), they'd pull bars offa you. In my case, I just did the interview first.
Now then, welcome to the quest Nascent! I hope you won't see all too much of what's coming in advance... And thanks for the compliment! Though the position is a bit on the provisionary side if things until after this here quest, like Creampuff (formerly Weiss) mentioned.
Who all else is interested?

* facepalm* This is what I get for jumping into things at midnight. I read it and thought we just had to provide 3 RPs... sorry about the mistake, Rocket. I'm not asking for 3 RPs your character's been in for quality control! I'm asking for a history. It is Castle Oblivion.
However, I'm willing to let it slide given your character's status as a canon. Please fill out the template shown way up and above and include your profile link. After that, I can include Mickey.

Nice. Also, I've bumped the active players to four. If I don't get a fourth in... well, the next day or two, I'll get it started anyways. Once it's started, all applicants will be for On Deck positions.
On second thought, I don't think I want to push myself too far. Three it is!

Interesting.... okay, Weiss is now on as On Deck. Pay close attention to your PM box, because I'll PM you when it's time to show. You'll have 3 days, maybe 4, to get into the quest. You'll also get a warning ahead of time when you'll be removed from the quest.
