[Open to Roen, Nascent, Angelo, Katsumi, and Asa]
It had been many days since Beasts Castle saw the light of day. Recently the castle seemed to revert back to it's gloomy haunting look it once had. After Beast had transformed back to a human prince, the castle and it's inhabitants returned to normal and the place had a much more cheerful vibe to it.
But one day for some unknown reason the castle once again became a place that drew away anyone that went near it. The sky soon became dark and dreary once more not letting one ounce of light sneak into the castle. The castles inhabitants all vanished without a trace and the prince and Belle were nowhere to be found. It was as if they all abandoned the castle, never to return.
Now no one dared to go anywhere near the castle in fears that they too would vanish and never come back.
That is.... until today.
Shadow arrived at the castles bridge after being dropped off by his Gummi Ship. He looked up at the ghostly looking castle before taking a look at his gauntlet. Appearing in the eye of his right gauntlet was an explanation of his mission as well as a basic mapping of the castles interior. Without any hesitation he raced off to the Beast's Castle. But he would soon find out that he wasn't the only one going into the castle. And they would soon find out that this castle wasn't abandoned.

Through all her information gathering this young lady by the name of Brielle, well the name she had chosen for herself. She did not want anyone to know her true name, they might use it against her. Plus, she didn't like it much. She had been delivered here by a Gummi Ship from Traverse Town, the place she had first ended up in. She was with each new adventure closer to her destiny, closer to home. To finding her family. She had discovered what the dark, shadowy creatures were and had also learned about her powers, not just physical power but also magical. If that was even plausible? But, she figured she was given this power to help others. And she had trained with it as well. She had become a great fighter.
She found herself standing in front of the stairs to the castle. Shivers would of been sent up anyone else's spine at the creepiness of the castle. The darkness. The gargoyles that seemed to watch you. But not Brielle's, she had discovered that she need not be afraid. She drew a breath and took a step up the stairs, placing a booted foot on the stair. Another and another, stepping up the stairs. No one else seemed to be here. Was she alone once again? As she drew closer up the stairs she saw someone at the entrance, the huge castle door. "Hello!?" She called, walking a bit faster up the stairs. She was glad she wasn't here alone.

Before he left his home world of Radiant Gardens some stranger told him about Beast's Castle. He was told that it was a dark and gloomy place that hasn't seen the light of day forever. Roen sort of found this hard to beleive so he decided Beast's Castle was the first place he would go to. It turns out the stranger was right.
The interior was so dark that it almost made roen want to crawl out of his skin. He wanted to leave this place already but for some reason he wouldn't go back to his gummy ship. He could tell this by looking through the doorway. As he walked up the stone steps he saw two people one just ahead of him and one at the doorway. If he was gonna check the place out he might want to be in a group just in case. So with that decision he quickened his pace so he could catch up to them.

Blake entered the courtyard of Beast's Castle. It wasn't necessarily dark, it just looked sad to him. He slowly walked toward entrance. He opened the door quietly and slide through it gently shutting it. He had be told he had a mission here and what his mission was, nothing else. He saw some shadows so he drew his blade. He hid his sword behind his arm. He slide across the shadows as quiet as he could. He saw the group of people meet, so he sheathed his sword. He walked up to the group and nodded in acknowledgment of their presence and to give a silent hello to the two strangers. "Hello, Shadow." He said quietly.

A monster walked the halls of Beast's castle. Well, sort of. He couldn't turn into Angeal Penance at the moment, and the only remaining factor that proved he wasn't human was the two white wings on his right side that he kept hidden. He walked around, hands clenched, ready to fight if need be. He heard a voice. Someone said hello. He ran, and found himself near stairs.
"Show yourself." Angeal said when he didn't see anyone. He didn't like surprises, because that meant he would probably bring out his sword.

Unfortunately, it seemed like surprises were exactly what fate had in store for Angeal today.
No sooner had he spoken than something strictly out of the ordinary occurred. At first it was simply a stirring of the air, a churning wind in the middle of the room that grew stronger with each passing moment. Then suddenly a bright light emerged, peeling away the darkness like a rend in the fabric of existence... and from this light something fell.
A person. A young woman.
As rapidly as it all began, so it ended. The light vanished, the air became still... and Melana's eyes slowly fluttered open with a painful groan. The young wind knight slowly sat up, one hand cradling the side of her head as she winced in pain. The landing hadn't exactly been a soft one, nor did she enjoy the feeling of being inexplicably whisked across reality. And it seemed to be happening to her with increasing frequency, a troubling fact.
Still sitting on the cold stone floor, Melana looked around her and noticed the sword-wielding warrior staring at her. "Uh, don't mind me... ow... I don't seem to have very good luck with travel arrangements." She got to her feet and dusted herself off. "Sorry if I'm intruding... truth be told, I don't even know where I am."

Shadow looked back to see who was behind him. At first he thought it was Blake since he remembered that he was supposed to be meeting him here. But when he turned around he saw some girl instead. This wasn't anyone he knew from the crew, she was probably just another world explorer from her attire. It wasn't anything that was from this world so it must be that. Behind the girl was another unfamiliar person, this one was also from another world.
With all of these people coming, Shadow wondered if this would be a problem for him. All of a sudden, Blake finally showed himself giving his greetings to the other two people and then Shadow.
"You're late." was all he said before entering the castle. It was right after this that yet another person revealed themselves to be in this castle. For an "abandoned" castle this place was definetly lively. One more guest arrived inside the castle appearing in a flash of light. Shadow sighed at all of these random arrivals, but there wasn't anything he could really do about it. Whatever reason they had being here wasn't important, he came here for specific reasons. What they did would be up to them. Shadow signaled Blake to follow him and the two headed for the stairway.
The large doors that led to the ballroom were sealed in some kind of magic barrier. A glowing emblem of a black rose was placed in between the center of both doors serving as some sort of seal. Shadow didn't bother to take a look at it, that room wasn't where he needed to go anyways. He made a right going up the stairs and exited the castles Entrance Hall.

Angeal chuckled at the girl. Not because of the fact she hurt herself in a comical way, though that was certainly true, but because of her overall attitude.
"Truth be told, I don't either. I just came here on a whim. Name's Angeal. And yours?" Angeal smiled slightly, and motioned for her to follow, as he began to walk away.

Brielle had no clue about the other arrivals, but there were now two men next to her, and another. One seemed to be called Shadow...Weird name. But she guessed anything could be possible. She had come to this world on a whim, and had encountered much more people than she had expected to. She walked into the castle as well, following this Shadow person. Nothing really creep'd her out, well yet.
She continued to follow Shadow, but thought maybe she wasn't 'invited'? "Hey, can I tag along?" She asked, both Shadow and the other person of which Shadow had motioned him to follow him. "My names Brielle." She said, and offered a smile. "Ooh, uuh, why we, I mean, why are you guys here?" She asked. She knew why she was here, but not why they were here. Were they here for the same reason as she was? She had been informed that there was definitively something wrong here at Beast's Castle. The inhabitants of this place had been said to have just 'disappeared'. Brielle thought of it as something fun and spooky to investigate. She hadn't imagined that there...might be other people here. But, just her luck because she didn't want to investigate this place alone.

As expected, they were soon being followed by the other guests. It wasn't a big problem, and as long as everything went right, they would not get in their way. Shadow shrugged his arms and said behind his back, "Do what you want." as he continued his way down the castles East Wing. He felt no darkness that would be of any threat to them, which was strange to think considering the reports about this world had spoken of various types of Heartless existed in this world.
The young lady who was following them then asked about their reason for being here. This was an answer that Shadow nor Blake could answer truthfully. The only thing Shadow could come up with right out of his head was, "Curiosity....." Truth be told, that probably wasn't the best answer to give, but it was at least better than just stalling trying to figure out a reasonable excuse. Maybe Blake could give a better reason for their being here without revealing their mission.

She began following Angeal, glancing only briefly at the others who passed briefly through the room. "Melana. I'm a -- well, a traveler from a distant world, looking for a way to fight the darkness that threatens my people."
As they walked she let her eyes wander. The architecture... so ornate, yet this was undeniably either a castle or an immense cathedral. It seemed too lavish and yet grim to be either, though, at least from what she knew. The stone fortresses on Kurai were seldom decorated at all, even when they weren't abandoned, and the temples of the gods were more often than not graceful and uplifting in their demeanor. This place... it looked and felt like a sanctum of dreary solitude, so different from anything she'd ever beheld.
"What is this place? It seems so... foreboding."

Blake followed Shadow through the doors when he motioned so. When he noticed the other people following he thought, 'This could be a problem, but we will deal with it when the time comes.' "Just don't get in our way." He said to the young lady. "Not really anything special." He continued to follow Shadow.

"Right, right..Don't get in the way." She said, still following them. She glanced around as she followed them through the castle. Up the stairs. So they were just here out of 'curiosity'? That would do for the mean time. She had simply come here on a whim, so why wouldn't someone else come here out of simple curiosity. Though, curiosity had killed the cat. Brielle didn't see any cats around. "I can do that... Though, just for the information I can hold my own weight." She added, as she stepped forward following the two.
Brielle couldn't keep quiet for long. "So.....What's your names?" She asked.

Such a simple thing to ask. Too bad it was something that Shadow couldn't answer right off the bat. He had no name, only this alias that was given to him sometime ago. It was the only thing that he could use to reply to such questions. "Kage." which could be interpreted as 'Shadow' in other languages, was his response to her.
But the time for introductions would soon have to be cut short. While they were passing by the various Gargoyle statues that were located down the hallway, it became very obvious that these things were watching their every move. Shadow looked over at one of them sensing the darkness it contained and reached for his Light Cutter. The statue saw this and quickly jumped towards Shadow revealing itself as a Gargoyle Knight Heartless. The other statues that were in the hallway also came to life and were headed towards them.
[There are six Heartless to defeat. Three Gargoyle Knights and three Gargoyle Warriors. Knights carry long swords and are capable of flight and Warriors carry battle axes and are capable of separating themselves from their bodies. You must defeat them all.]

She called herself Melana. As they walked, he could tell her eyes were wandering. After all, such a gloomy place like this has to be full of darkness. And she was looking for a way to stop the darkness threatening her people. So when she said it was kind of foreboding, he agreed.
"It certainly is. By the way, if you need any help, just let me know. I'm sort of searching for penance." He smiled halfheartedly. He went up the stairs, and went through the same door that had been used minutes before by Shadow, Blake, and Brielle
