To the best of our knowledge, who do you believe is/was the strongest being in the KH universe canonically?
Hero theorized it might've been Riku when he was in Xehanort's Heartless form but had Way to the Dawn. XH powers + Keyblades = ShiZAM. I'd have to agree, Xehanort's Heartless should at least be as powerful as Xemnas (Seeing similarities between the World of Chaos and that Nothing world Xemnas made). Couple this with keyblade asskicking'? Hohohoho.
Runner ups may be Sephiroth or the Engimatic Soldier (aka Ven?). Hades was pretty pansy for a god] (-starts something with Nascent-).

I say its Mickey who pwns all. He has years of experience on his belt plus don't forget he is the Yoda of the Keyblade heroes which puts him at the top. lol
Oh and FYI Akito, the Lingering Sentiment or E.S is supposed to be Terra. Once BBS comes out maybe we'll see if the previous Keyblade holders were even more stronger than Sora and Co.

I have to agree with Night on this. Mickey is the strongest, I mean Yoda kicked ass. But unless he verused Chuck Norris, Yoda wins hand down.
So unless there's a Chuck Norris copy in KH, Mickey regins supreme.

In battle or in Cinema?
Mickey was pretty gimmicky in battle. Riku and Ansem seemed not so strong, btw, in battle (whereas Xehanort in KHI FM pwns Sora's ass). Not compared to the secret boss-fights.
You're forgetting about the Neverland Tower Boss, Kurt Zisa (whatever it was), etc.
Don't forget about Yen Sid either. I'm sorry, but Enigmatic dude and Sephiroth in battle are easily better than any normal boss.
Arguing in Cinema is kind of silly too, Sora would be the most powerful as he's the protagonist....deus ex machina key in.
Edit: Canon means in game, so don't pull they were extra.

Dude, where's your reason?  Mickey is neat, but if he was so amazing, why didn't he handle the games himself? I'd rank it as: 1st. Enigmatic Soldier 2nd. Enigmatic Robed Guy (Xehanort KH I) 3rd. Roxas (KHII FM) 4rd. Sephiroth (Both) 5th. Xemnas (KH II) We're not even adding in the KH II FM Org battles, but I don't know if you can really add those in as they were just for fun and technically rematches.... |

My reason? I was suppose to have one... I do have to agree with you on the Org battles, thought there were a fews fights that weren't exactly fun at times. There's a point where insane difficulties need to be rethought about. Oh damn, forgot about the Roxas normal fight put into KH II FM. That deserves a spot over Xemnas at least. |

If this is based on the talk Akito and I had that one time, as it seems to be, this is not about what boss was toughest or what character was most powerful or would win fights in-game. Its about what character, even if only for a single moment, was canonically the most powerful being known by us to exist in the Kingdom Hearts universe, game-mechanics aside.
It's nothing but pure evidence-less speculation. XD

Just so you know, Mickey was originally supposed to be the main protagonist instead of Sora. Thats why Soras clothes and personality is similar to the kings. But I have to think that he is the strongest even more than the main hero since, he's the one who had to canonically save him on several occasions in the game because he couldn't handle fights on his own or with Donald and Goofy with him.
And sure the bosses were in game but they are created to be defeated so it's hard to really say if they are stronger than the character itself. That really depends on the person controlling Sora. Your list would be correct if it was to rank the level of difficulty but it doesn't determine the strongest since they call all be pwned by Sora. And I think the enigmatic cloaked person in KH1 is still Xemnas.
