Prison Break (open to all)

"Ungh!" Riku grunted as he was pushed into a small looking cell with nothing but a disgusting looking toilet and a pile of burnt hay. His hands were cuffed together with a thick iron chain. The man that pushed him looked like you typical dungeon goon. Fat, hairy, ugly and a real jerk. He slammed the gates and locked the door. He then pulled out Rikus Keyblade swinging it around like an idiot.

"What good is this thing now that it's nothing but a regular weapon?" the guard said teasing Riku.

But he was right though, the Keyblade was now a regular weapon and not the ultimate divine tool that it once was. He couldn't even use it to unlock a door, let alone seal the worlds barriers. Riku just ignored the guard and sat down on the hard stone floor. He closed his eyes and began to plan his next course of action.

Hopefully someone would randomly show up there and he could break free.

Captured.

I hate this small bottle! I can hardly breath!

A small faerie shouted from inside a jar like bottle, big enough to hold her and nothing else. She could hardly even sit. Her wings felt like they were going to be crushed at any moment against the glass of the bottle. So she don't dare move. But she really, really, really wants to get out of the bottle!

"HELP!" She screamed, as her small eyes observed what was happening outside of the glass. It seemed that she was in some sort of prison or cell. Yet, here she was on a shelf. IN a bottle. Not a good situation. It was much like being in that horrible display glass cage with everyone staring at her! She never wanted to relive those days! And this was almost close to it!~

"Heeeelllppppp!" She yelled, pounding her hands against the glass hoping someone would hear her. That someone would save her. That was all she could do. Unless she tried to rock the bottle off the shelf and crash to the ground. Eventually breaking the glass bottle! BUT there was a chance of it not breaking at all. What was she to do then? So she continued to scream for help.

Footsteps.

Light, but echoing footsteps in the prison...sneaky ones too. The only reason they were heard was merely because they were close.

A familiar red-head suddenly dashed around the corner and into the room with Riku's cell in it. She looked around carefully, holding her grand keyblade at her side. Hers wasn't powerless..why was his? It seemed the coast was clear...her blue eyes fell on who she'd come for.

Rushing up to the bars, she gently gripped one and looked upon her silver-haired best friend. "Riku!" she hissed, seeming both pleased she'd found him and dismayed he was in...prison..just like she'd been told.

Woo...Kairi here to save the day!

Her eyes darted to the side though, her senses on high alert. ..was that a call for help? It sounded so muffled...and far away...yet close. It was hard to locate.

Without another wasted moment, she began to try and force the lock open with a pin.

The tiny creature's agony could even get worse, for the rat that had climbed up the shelf was almost double her size, very big even for his species. The brilliant black eyes looked at her, but it didn't lose time to sniff or examine the curious moving object, it just moved closer it, and gave it a light push. Given the animal size, however, it was enough to make the bottle fall...

In the waiting hands of a girl, who caught with great satisfaction.

"I knew it had heard something." she muttered, thinking of how useful it could be to use the sense of the animals she could get an hold on to scout an unknown place. It was a bit more difficult that simply tell them what to do, but something it paid back, even if she had to creep beside the creatures as silently as possible to not disturb them or scare the, too much, seeing as her ability didn't work for more that a certain distance.

"You are free now, little thing." It was directed at both the rat and the fairy, as she opened the bottle and let the rat go at the same time.

"Kairi what are you doing here?" Riku whispered back at her. While he was pleased to see her alive and well he didn't want her to be here, especially right now. He looked around to see if the guard was anywhere around since she had just shown up not long after he had walked away.


"Get out of here now before you get stuck here as well."
Riku looked at the corner of his eye to see if the coast was indeed clear but it was all too late. Far down the hallway the guard had just turned the corner from coming up the stairs when he spotted Kairi as well as another girl in the vicinity.

"Oy what do you think you're doing there!!??" he exclaimed as the ran over to where they were blowing on his whistle to call more guards to the area as well.

Riku looked over and saw that he was almost close now. Riku turned to Kairi and shouted, "Kairi run now!"

She saw those black beady eyes staring at her through the glass, she couldn't be sure if it was going to help her or try and eat her. Did rats even eat insects? All she knew was that they ate cheese and nuts. Well she hoped that it wasn't going to eat her. The rat moved closer to her, well towards the glass bottle giving it a small push off the shelf. It was enough to make the bottle fall off the shelf. It well side ways, and then finally when it was about to turn upside down...

Someone had caught it.

The small creature inside was crunched towards the top of the bottle. But before she could stand up again the bottle was turned right side up and the cap was lifted off. It took some time for the faerie to realize what was happening. But soon enough she zoomed out of the bottle.

You are free now, little thing.

It felt so good to be free again! She couldn't help but zoom around the girl who had freed her.

Selia turned in the direction of the noises, brows furrowed, and retreated in the darker corner of the room. The girl who had been in the same room, too busy in picking a lock to notice her, had succeeded in setting a guy free and they were now busy in trying to get away.

At least, it was the guy wanted, for that unwritten law that made all men think that a girl in the range of 10 miles from a danger could think of running if someone didn't say it to her first,

Anyway, she had to think about her safety right now, and maybe she could ask to the small faerie a payment for the favour she had done to her.

"I may be rude here, but you owe me, little one," she told her "so can I ask you an help in handling those people?"

"...Oh. Wow, I have to get with it." she said to herself, seemingly ignoring him and his shouts for her to get away. How could she forget that the Keyblade could unlock everything? Eyes darting down the hall to the guard, she backed up and pointed her keyblade at Riku's lock, giving him a look. "Where's your keyblade?" she asked, a bright light shining from the tip and shooting into the lock. A satisfying clicking sound was heard, and the door swung open.

This was all strange to her. Riku captured? It seemed like he'd given up or something.

"Come on! Call your Keyblade!" she shouted, turning herself to face the guard, holing Beautiful Creation low with one hand, the other free and extended outward slightly to keep her balance. A stance seeming to be somewhere inbetween Sora's and Riku's.

Riku looked down in shame as Kairi asked him to summon hie Keyblade. But it wasn't her fault, she was unaware of what had happened. "I can't. My Keyblade has been reduced to a regular weapon." It was strange to see that her Keyblade hadn't also become a normal weapon as well. But he wasn't aware of her situation at the moment anyways. Riku stepped out from the cage and looked over to the guard who had his Keyblade. The guard stopped and looked around waiting for the others to arrive as well. He already knew that he wasn't a match for Riku alone.

"Hold it right there kid you ain't going nowhere." he shouted sounding nervous in his words.

Riku looked over and saw his Way to Dawn behind the guards back. The guard noticed this and pulled out the Keyblade.

"Oh is this what you looking for eh? You want it kid?" the guard began to laugh maniacally waving the Keyblade around.
"What good is it to you anyways it's not like you can really use it anymore."

Riku was now getting angry at this fatso. His hands were still bounded by the chains there wasn't much he could really do except...
Riku ran over to the guard and slid under him firing a blast of darkness under him. The dark flames began to burn under him causing the guard to throw the Keyblade in the air behind him in a yell of pain. Riku stopped on the other side and grabbed the Keyblade with his feet. Then he slid the chains over the blade cutting breaking them thus freeing him now.

Riku got up and held his Keyblade in his right hand taking his position. But now they were surrounded by guards from both sides.

Riku looked over to Kairi."I hope you know how to fight with that thing Kairi."

Finally the small creature stopped zooming around her savior and landed on her shoulder. Her eyes adverted towards what else was happening in the prison. It seemed that someone else had also been set free. But now they were surrounded by guards.

I may be rude here, but you owe me, little one,

Indeed it seemed like it. But Noelle didn't really mind. She was out of that retched bottle. That was all she cared about at that moment.

so can I ask you an help in handling those people?

She could try her best. She didn't exactly know how to help but at the moment they were surrounded by guards and pretty much any help was help. She flew above them all, and then landed next to a guard. Floating near his ear. "Big bafoon!" She said to him, her voice was so low and squeaky that anyone else could probably not hear her. Then she zoomed away and to another guard, poking him. And then disappeared. She then blasted some kind of energy at some of them, the blasts were small but still effective enough.

"Riku, I'm not useless, you know." she replied, glancing at him, then around at all the guards. She decided it'd be best to gauge their strength first before she waisted any of her precious energy on abilities. Why was his keyblade useless, but hers and Sora's weren't? Some of it's true power may be sealed, but she could still use it as it was meant to be used.

She took in a deep breath, steadying herself. This was no time to have an episode.

Kairi then rushed forward, sliding toward them as she swung her keyblade horizontally across a few guards. She had the strength. The Keyblade helped her, just like it did Sora. Seconds later, she leapt into the air and came down on one of the guard's, light blue eyes focused and very determined. "You can't keep my friend here. Erraah!"

Yes, again with her almost cute battle growls.

Maybe they could use some help, Selia thought as she watched the scene from her position. She hadn't been noticed yet, seemingly, and that could be an advantage. It would have been even better if the situation remained unchanged, but she preferred to to not have those two people caught by the guards, just in case she was found out. They were too many for her.

A little nudge...

Amplification begun to work slowly, but they were enough overconfident to have a nice effect and made their guard drop just enough. If the two teen couldn't handle them down, they were really weaklings.

"Thank you, little one" she whispered amiably to the faerie, in the meanwhile.

Riku just shook his head in disbelief as he turned around to the guards behind him. Two other people were nearby who weren't guards, one a fairy and the other a girl. It was weird really to be freed by a couple of damsels. Usually it's the other way around huh. The guard from before turned around with his face all read and sweaty from the dark flames.

"You'll pay for that!! Ooof."
Just as he was about to rush for Riku with his back turned the fairy had fired a blast of energy at him knocking him off on his belly. The blast seemed to do its job knocking him unconscious.

Riku ran over to the other guards who each had just regular swords and wooden shields. With one strong swing Riku broke one guards shield and knocked him back crashing into the other guards like a couple of bowling pins. Riku turned back to Kairi.

"Hey Kairi this way."

The faerie floated some ways away to watch her hand work, she would follow after the two of them to make sure that they got out and that she got out as well. But, what about the other girl who had saved her from that retched bottle?

For now as the blast knocked the man off his feet, unconscious Noelle couldn't help but smirk. That was the guard who had captured her. And put her in that claustrophobic bottle! "That's what you get!" She pipped at him, sticking her tongue out and making a face at him.

Then the man rushed forward, towards the exit. Shouting back at the girl who had saved him. Noelle flew over to her savior and floated next to her, and pointed towards the two. Motioning to follow them. That they would have to follow them if they were to get out safely.

Kairi turned to him from knocking out three of the guards, pausing only a moment before following him. She was used to him taking charge. He wasn't one to take being rescued lightly. She came up to his side, keeping watch with alert light blue eyes. Her face seemed paler than usual, but maybe it was the lighting.

"How did this happen?" she asked him as they attempted their escape. She kept her keyblade handy, ready to attack if any guards got near.
